Hey so Alexa still isnt in your settings menu?

No sir, still showing as activation pending on Connected Services page and I can't find a trace of Alexa in Sync anywhere.

I initially got a message in fp that showed activation. Double checked in connected services.

If you don’t see the Alexa Icon in sync I know a master reset worked for me. Also don’t forget to remove your truck from the app first, remove it from your Bluetooth and CarPlay/Auto before doing the reset.

Sucks yes because you need to set everything back up. Also what’s cell service like where you are? That sometimes can delay it if the signal is low and the truck can’t reach the mothership. Don’t rely on wifi because I don’t think Ford has fully implemented it yet.

My cell service sucks at my house, and I thought of that actually and went over to Buc'ees cause I get a full 5G there but still no luck.

Was the same for me in the garage, had to pull out and find a spot and catch up on rewatching Yellowstone in the truck.

I know. Believe me there are a couple of guys that are worse of than you. poor Rack04 and his shit show. His truck is going to fight him until the day he decides to get rid of that truck.> JereJones also has a fight coming.

Ford is really doing better so Ill be patient with the new tech lead but I wish I had access to him So I could talk to him to let him know some htings we need done.

Hey try to reset the TCU and garteway in Forscan. I had an issue when I was doing my truck the Comms werent working fully. I had cloud with a line through it where the Direction should be. I had to reset the TCU and gateway.. Its worth a shot Try the TCU first

You will be logged out of your Amazon account if certain in-vehicle connectivity settings (Vehicle Connectivity; Share Vehicle Data) are turned off or the vehicle is Master Reset.

It’s all on but there are some that do not show up until you’ve re-added your truck to FordPass and activated it.

Very good point. VEry gooD! Alwasy good to double check those soemtimes they turn on and sometimes you have to turn them on.
