Cameras in motion/cameras at speed disappeared somewhere along the way for me. I'm at the latest Sync/APIM/IPMA updates. Should I just re-enable these using Forscan?

Well A big thank you Iceman77 for his detailed easy to follow writeup. Thank you to all the others as well.
for some reason my work laptop would not activate the moongoose cable or connect to the ford servers. never had a problem with it programming my cars with HP tuners or forscan etc... so I used another laptop and cable activated and ford LIc went through.
I started yesterday about 2pm. worked at it until about 7pm. Then started early 7am and just finsihed up 12:30.
I have full screen Apple car play
I have the updated sync buttons. but I cant seem to get the unreal screen with Home button working.
I had the 75th anniveray there a few times but after a mater reset it went away.
Also my maps is not showing my road. Its a pretty new sub division but it was showing up before .
It was taxing on the battery I went down to 11.8v at one point. When I stopped the night before. Let trickle charge go all night.
I'll goto forscan pages to see abut unreal theme etc..

Also a big thank you to OP iceman and especially to Jesse-Infotainment. He helped when I thought I messed it up. Don’t skimp out on the charger/tender as mine could not keep up and let the battery die during the long APIM update. And I mean die totally. But all good now and nothing showing as needing an update.

I had the same thing happen about a month back. Ran to Walmart at 11pm, grabbed another one and was good to finish up the next morning. Shows how dummy proof this entire exercise really is for anyone who is hesitant.

Due to some work and life commitments I've been out of the game since June since I added adaptive cruise to my 2021 Job 1 XLT Powerboost. Now that I have some time I'd like to pay the 3 day license and do some updating. I'm trying to read the last couple hundred pages of this thread, but are there any major traps in updating since May/June of 2022 that I need to watch out for as I update? I'm tracking the recent BCM issue. Also, any concerns with applying updates with all the Forscan changes for adaptive cruise enabled?

Its been a day since updating all modules. Any reason why my maps does not seem up to date. I am in a new subdivision but I had my road showing and now its even showing the main road into the sub ??
THe maps are not apart of the updates. THe map updates are downloaded from the TCU and then laid over. So sometimes when you start the truck the over lay doesnt show of the update. You have to restart the APIM sometimes for the refreshed over lay to show.
When you start the truck and the maps show then all disappear then show again that is th eover lay refresh.
Hold power and seek forward down below the screen or volume down adn seek forward at teh steering wheel.
It will show the refresh. If it doesnt sometimes it just does that. I have the same issue time to time and I can tell immediately. The map details are as I guess detailed visually. Thats how you can tell the layover didnt load.
I have a road close by I use to verify if it loaded when I think it didnt.

@Jesse-Infotainment any thoughts on the issues with cameras in motion that a few of us are experiencing with the latest Sync updates? Thanks man.
Im not aware. Havent followed
Id have to look at the as build in the apims and iPMA

@Jesse-Infotainment Hello Jesse, I just got the UO I just got the UO146 and U2402 today. Is the fix still to unplug the TCU?
Hey.. sorry.. I am not familiar with UO.. Uo146 U2402.
If you are having Connectivity issues then yes. I suggest to unplug the TCU over night.
If you cant get into the connectivity menu or hotspot menu.

Thank you. I guess it was intermittent. I checked and I was able to access the connectivity screen; I didn't check that yesterday when I tried to clear the DTCs. I cleared the DTCs again today and now it's all good. Odd
Oh those were DTCs.. SOrry I wasnt sure what you were meaning.. Yeah the 2400 Ethernet DTC usually best way is to reset each module that is apart of the ethernet issue. SO reset gateway and TCU.
That will typically clear the ethernet DTC. The reason it was gone was overnight the modules went to sleep and reset themselves.
