I’m in the middle of APIM update, got the usb in the truck, showing system updating in the top right corner.
With
ignition is ON & Engine is ON, Truck is just running in the garage with the garage door open.

what is the timeframe in this stage?

The staus bar is very slow to update, it will go from 0 to 50% then 100% a b d done. It's stupid but it's not like a phone or a PC when it shows progress.

No Luck, retrying the process, removed the USB from the truck, formatted it again to exFat and now copying files back onto the USB 5gb worth through FDRS.

Usually takes 15-20 minutes for the first step, then the 10 minute shutdown, then another 10-15 minutes. Are you leaving the truck running (versus power on, ignition off)? It should be running for both phases of the installation.

How do I know if my APIM has gone bad or troubleshoot it?

So I just finished with the last 2 updates that I planned on doing, and now I’m getting a pretty persistent DTC from the IPMA module

U0415 - Invalid data received from anti-lock brake system (abs) control module ‘a’

I didn’t see that anyone else had a fix a for it already.

Any ideas?

Finally got it!

Invest in a better USB, my update wasn’t loading because of the cheap USB.

Now, what’s the best full screen multimedia player with mobile data to connect for YouTube and Apps?

That's above my pay grade. I would think that if Sync is working at all, the APIM isn't toast. Perhaps @Jesse-Infotainment can add his insights.

I got it to work, used a better quality USB flash drive.

I suspect many an APIM has been declared faulty for similar reasons.

You have a gateway and ACM update.

How frequent is the loss of Comms for traffic and weather. The cloud with a line through it versus the direction showing.

I just got the UO

Been having a lot of Gateway Module A error codes thrown lately (U2402, U0146), and no connection to Ford Connect (map weather radar, app connectivity, etc.).

Any known issues, and (when able) if someone would pull my current outstanding updates, I'd be much obliged (VIN 1FTFW1E80MFA20877).

I just got the UO146 and U2402 today. What was your outcome? I also got the P237C and P2C22 for the dreaded heat exchanger....but that's for a different thread.
