What number did you call. The number I called said they were closed. I called a couple hours ago
I just called the renewal hotline listed on the Helm website. Interestingly I just launched TorGuard which allows me to appear to be anywhere I want glabally via chosen server. I picked Dallas and now I no longer get the error. It could be my local firewall or possibly something else in the path but when I debugged the webpage last time without TorGuard, it showed the payment gateway was unreachable. I may try to renew in the morning and upgrade my truck since I have the day off.

So I tried my old address it lets me get through to the next page but then when it goes to process it says billing doesn’t match.
that means ford thinks you don’t live in an approved area. Find a buddy who lives in a ford green zone and send him a Venmo to get the license for you.

In the right side of the screen you see the PMI option, click on download, then run it, and as @Jesse-Infotainment said, when asked if you have the original module installed, select no.
Thank you. Understood. As soon as it gets warmer outside, I'll try again. It's very cold to work outside right now, and I don't have my own garage.

Ford F-150 ECU module programming guide using FDRS IMG_5416

So my system finally updated! I received a “system updating message” where it says phone list while I was driving. Shortly after arriving at my house, a message popped up saying that the USB drive could now be removed and the details can be uploaded to a computer. Very exciting, I have a revision number under my general settings, however when I first got the truck, it was 243 when I had the flash drive in waiting to update. There was no revision number at all and now it is a lower revision number after the USB update has completed. What are my next steps now? Should I hook the truck back up to FDRS and proceed with the rest of the updates?

Hell yea! I see you did all the other updates already, so now it will be a string of many USB updates for the APIM, GWM, TCU and IPC until you are up to date. Once you are done updating, if your BC still doesn't work, let me know.

And another one fixed by just leaving the USB plugged in and being patient!

So I went back to the dealer and borrowed my friends FDRS. I deployed a few more USB updates for the APIM, GWM and TCU. My revision number is now 415, however blue cruise prep kit update does not work as it says all modules are not updated. There were no more updates available under sw updates after doing the 3 aforementioned ones. Only the option to re-run them. What’s the plan now? Also still no full screen CarPlay and lane center steering assist function is still disabled.

What is the sync version you're on terms of the 5 digit number that starts with a 2?

Ok, so you mentioned only the option to rerun them..... so FDRS is still showing another GWM, APIM or TCU update? If so, keep going. These updates are done in a sequence. You don't go from an old version to the newest in one update...... you will need to do several more to be up to date. The enable BC kit thing won't work until you're up to sync 23031 or 23159 if I remember correctly.

Ah okay I gotcha, it's possible I may have to restart FDRS or something and will see those new updates. If it says run will that reinstall the update or the next version? That didn't seem clear to me but I will go back tomorrow and do more updates.
