Then quit and restart FDRS which gets you a fresh network scan. Hopefully an APIM update shows eventually ?

In FDRS select the gateway module then on the side select programmable Module installation.

some people especially outside the US have had issues. Sales are restricted geographically, not sure about Toronto.
I’m in the US and I also have the same issue. I just called them and made the purchase over the phone. I wish I knew the root cause.
What number did you call. The number I called said they were closed. I called a couple hours ago
I moved about a year ago but all my cc should have the current address. I’ll give my old one a shot. It’s worth a try
