About done with Ford (Paint Peeling)

I have the ESP on this truck...it doesn't cover paint.

I don't have the eyesight of my youth but I am pretty sure that if I look for paint flaws closely, they will be there to be found. I don't want to see it. ?

I do know that my last 3 F150's have better paint than my beloved 2016 Mazdarati (Miata)
That car has been flawless and it's flogged everytime I've ever driven it. But that Soul Red Paint is super thin and chippy at the slightest touch.

Wastewater driver side went bad. It's starting to go again it showing the early signs like last time. I have the 125k extended warranty on this truck but it'll prob long gone by then. Drive it to the landfill and drop it off. Passenger seat rattling (when not occupied), dealer hears it but can't figure it out. Rear seat rattles, dealer cannot figure it out, driver side door has a rattle and dealer cannot replicate that one but I got them in the truck and they heard it but when tech takes it out he cannot hear it.

Yes, Def a different world of customer service in today's world...or non-existent at that.

Lmao...that bot jumps in every thread. Headed to dealer on my way home from work. Just to see what they say. Then calling corporate. I'm just so sick of garbage quality and customer service. Hopefully they'll prove me wrong this time.

Between my 2019 nightmare of a truck (cab leak, cracked in a body weld, transmission replaced at 37k, 5.0 sucking 3.5qts every 4k) and now my 2021 (turbo wastegste already replaced at 19k).

My 2021 F150 now has paint peeling from the roof near the rain channel. Of course it happens 6 months after I hit 36k and no longer covered.

I'm about done with Ford and their PISS POOR QUALITY and workmanship. I had a RAM 1500 with 150k on it zero issues just horrendous gas mileage. I'll take that back at this point.

Damn...that paint is bad.

What body weld crack did you have in your 2019?

In most cases, some auto parts are jobbed out to vendors all over the country and Canada and Mexico and arrive for assembly completely finished. I have never had paint peeling, but I see several cars peeling badly.

Passenger seat rattle coming from the right side bottom near the rails? If it is, it is because of the rails. The bronco guys figured it out but not fix yet except to get a new seat or wedge stuff between the rails. If it stops when the seat is all the way forward or all the way rearward, then that’s your issue.

Farley has said it will take two years to get the quality control issues fixed translating Farley and Ford don't give a rats ass about their piss poor quality. Everyone's buying these way over priced vehicles why should they spend the money to fix it it'll cut into Farleys 23 million salary and share holders dividends.
