I have a 2024 Lariat crew cab and mine has a shudder/vibration while slowing to a stop downshifting from 8th down through 3rd gear. If I’m cruising at 35-40 and slip it into neutral while slowing to a stop it’s smooth, and it will slightly clunk when it comes to a stop like it was stuck in gear. Not sure if it’s the torque converter or the transmission. Hopefully they can fix it with a software update, goes in to my dealer on the 23rd. Has 1750 miles on it.I have a 2025, XL, RCSB, 4x4 0n order. I've read several articles and watched videos on the cause and solutions to the 10R80 issues. My question is, how are the 24/25 owners finding the updated transmission, ?

Me too. I traded in a 2019 with 50,000 because of transmission issues they kept bandaging up. Ford needs to hire one of the tuner manufacturers guys to show them how to set up the software for these. I know guys with over 200,000 on an Ecoboost w/the 10R80 with a tune with zero issues.Oh boy. 1750 miles and an issue. Hopefully, the software update corrects this issue.
my 23 often drops into 1st too.
