I have the same issue. A 2024 Lariat and what I’ve heard is they moved a module to fit under the center console. I too ordered one off Amazon, I did reach out to the company and sent them pics on why it won’t work. Haven’t heard any update.

Find a GOOD tire shop in your area and have them road force them and see what they say. Car dealers don’t like tires, especially when it comes to warranty.. Lol

My pic above is in my 24 Lariat with the B&O and it works perfectly. The key is you have to close the top of the seat the way you took it down. If the lower is up you have to close the top portion in the up position due to the sliding latch.
