Keep in mind, unless you have fully updated IPMA using FDRS, you cannot get the 50/50 view on a 2021 truck.

You can put the values in though without hurting anything. The button on screen just won't do anything when you tap on it.

I updated everything about 2 month ago. And was going to attempt going a lot of FORScan changes but wasn't too confident on how to save the as built the right way lol now I’m about to go in later and change a few things hopefully

Okay. I don’t know much if anything when looking at the character by character chart lol. When I pull it up I’ll take a couple of pictures and post to make sure I’m doing it right.

The important thing is the lines they mention.
Look at the spreadsheet on that data line.
Look at your own data for your truck, see what letter you have for that line.

You'll see a bunch of options like this on spreadsheet:
5 = Tacos yes, Steak yes, 50/50 view no, Onions no

You just need to match everything up with your current data, plus the change you want so you'd have this:
C = Tacos yes, Steak yes, 50/50 view yes, Onions no

Very easy to do once you understand the format of the spreadsheet.

Thanks for the info! I will hook everything up this week and see what the truck reads then compare it to see what I need to do then. If I come across something that not sure about I’ll post and I’m sure someone would help with that.

I was being lazy and not pulling up the spreadsheet to see a real example. I am taking the truck out to get lobster now. ?

Did that yesterday but it didn’t fix it

the Turn Signal Light is DRL as what i want

but when i do flip the Turn Signal stick

The Headlight Turn Signal doesn’t flashing

only the Taillights is doing that

Look at 38-01 38-02 40-02 41-01 42-02 43-01 44-01 in Forscan spreadsheet. Try different combinations. What you want might not be possible.

Anyone have insight to adding the engine noise enhancement? The 3.5 needs some tone help, or at least would like to try.

lines I've seen pertaining to it:

ACM: 727-04-01 xxxx **xx xx

01 is the 3.5l ecoboost
00 is the V8 (no enhancement)
07 is the 2.7l ecoboost

and

ACM
727-01-01 xxxx xxxx 0x--

I've tried the 727-02-02 xxxx xxxx 1x__ don't think it did anything, not sure if I need to modify both lines.

List exactly what bits you changed and i can look. Sounds like the turn signal needs to dim the circuit like what a Raptor does. May be worth looking at the lines below. @Whitecoyote50

I’m looking at the 50/50 view at speed and on the APIM 7D0-01-04 xxxx-xxxx-x* my * is E

The description under E is SH enabled plus other thing but I don’t have a smart hitch so not sure why it’s enabled do I need to just leave it there and just enable the 50/50?

If you are sure you don't have the other features, you can simply make it "1", otherwise "F". I have "1" there.

No, it won't hurt. Because it's an APIM configuration, it is to enable features in the APIM menus or display on SYNC. If you see it in the menus, and try to adjust the slider on or off, and you don't have the function equipped, it will say along the lines of "this feature is not available, please try again later" ?

Go with "F".

Okay I’ll just put “F” at the moment. Do you happen to know what module smart hitch is under and I could check to see if it has it on FORScan?

when i put the things in do I need to put the IPMA in first or the APIM or does it matter. also do i need to reset either one after i do the updates?
