This forum can be extremely helpful, and there are many outstanding individuals on here. And there are many who apparently have nothing better to do than criticize, critique, and make fun of any comment they deem beneath them, which reminds me of junior high school. Comments like those are a disservice to everyone on the forum including themselves.
The responses given are in line with the repeated asinine questions from this member.

You honestly believe these are serious questions of an adult human being?

Also- I do not have Facebook.
So I started to post a reply to this thread jumping on the "I cant believe you are seriously asking these questions" bandwagon. Then I took a step back and asked myself a few simple questions:

Will typing that reply help me personally in any way?

Is investing my time and energy into this thread - which I totally agree is dumb btw- worth it?

Has anyone actually won an argument on the internet?

Helping others with similar interests are why we are all here. If the OP wants to ask a question that may be foolish why do I care? Let him. If someone takes the time to answer the question then wonderful. If I chime in and shame him for the dumb question does it change anything? Most likely not. It just is a waste of my time and effort. No one wins in an internet argument.

I guess along those same lines if you want to invest time and energy stirring the pot then go for it. I just hope there are better things to do with your day.

Everyone has different levels and fields of expertise. Common knowledge to one, can be new info to another.

And we've all had "DOH!" moments.

Vince, Sorry for all of the Asinine answers on this form. You should be fine going over the curb. You could take it to a garage and have them put it on a lift and look it over, see if there is any damage to the visual eye. If none drive it up to about 75 MPH see if you feel anything different. If not you should be fine. Just for a piece of mind. That curb has been hit many, many times. Have a great Day.
Got your reply, Have a Good trip stay Safe! If it run and drives , I think you'll be good. Bill

I don’t have time to argue with immature people behind the keyboard and appreciate those like yourself that actually answered my question rather than deliver ad hominem attacks. People that are harboring that much anger and hate shouldn’t be allowed on the road… shouldn’t be allowed in the forum either. Everybody starts as a beginner at everything at some point in their life. People need to grow up.

You're going to get taken advantage of by mechanics if you take it to a garage for driving over a curb, just a heads up. Driving a Civic for 14 years has coddled your take on vehicles, as would any import sedan. Welcome to a superior vehicle platform.

Here's what I'd do if/when I hit something significant:

If you're still concerned and see no visible damage, jack up the truck by the frame so only the wheel in question is in the air. Shake the wheel side to side, shake the wheel top to bottom. If you feel and hear more than a .25" of clunking/acute looseness you may have caused damage worth chasing down.

Honestly, the only way you will know for sure is to have it looked at. I would schedule an appointment at your dealership and if anything feels off don't drive it till they look at it.

You're asking questions a 16 year old with no mechanical knowledge would ask.

Whatever will you do if you ever have to go over a speed bump?

Trucks are designed to be abused. Under extremely harsh conditions. A 4 inch drop will not do anything to almost all passenger cars. To a fullsize truck it's not even a blip on the radar. Anyone who has ever seen a truck driven would know this.

You're getting "immature" answers because your questions are infantile.

Immature people? Riiiight lol, says the one asking immature questions (including all your other posts). People that harbor that much ignorance don't belong behind the wheel of a full size truck. Can't wait to hear your questions regarding possible frame damage because you hooked up a trailer to your truck ?

New F150 owner here.

Went over this as I was moving my truck from the front lobby of a hotel at like 1-2mph. I couldn’t see it over the front end as I was driving… literally just shifted it into park and rolled forward and I heard a big thud.

The front entrance of the hotel had this sidewalk that was perfectly leveled with the ground, and then slowly developed into this 6 inch curb as it went out to the left

Could I have damaged anything?

Typically with that speed and that size of curb, you shouldn't be worried about any damage but looking at the curb, it looks like it has had more than a few victims. This is how I would go about dealing with something like this.
1. Any visible damage?
2. Any signs of steering wheel pulling when driving in a straight line?
3. Any steering wheel play when driving and/or braking at higher speeds?
If the answer is yes to any of them then I would consider taking it to a trusted 3rd party front end shop to have it looked at. It takes some time to adjust from a sedan so don't be harsh on yourself. I have been driving for a long time and still find myself reaching out for the 360 camera when approaching close to curbs. I hate myself when I ding the wheel!

OT! What do you need from me to do a 3D design and rendering for new build custom homes? DM me for this. Thanks!

Thank you for the thoughtful reply! Yes, it definitely will take a little time. I’ve been used to babying the other vehicle due to how low it sits to the ground. Thankfully, the good news is the answer to your numbered questions is no to all of them so far from what I can tell… assuming highway driving would be a better place to check for this or could I go to a smooth empty parking lot and achieve the same thing?

Ok good yes glad you understand where I’m coming from! Some people here just get too easily bent out of shape and think I’m trolling the forums which I promise I’m not. I’m just trying to get some answers being a new truck owner and thought this would be a good place to find them. Had no idea asking this kind of question would be so controversial and triggering ?
