I have driven Civics over curbs or sharp transitions like that with no ill effects. With a `150, I would expect it to handle it fine. From the description, which I am not 100% clear about, sounds fairly benign. Going the other way might be cause for more concern.
Run your finger around the wheel rim -- it will probably be OK unless you have hit something else. If you are really worried about this, go to someplace and ask them to check the alignment. Should be OK there as well.
Might also need to shop for some thicker skin for forums such as this.
