Gotcha thanks for checking that out. I’m assuming when we initially did that IPMA update it must’ve updated it to a newer version that is still causing some sort of disconnect with the SCCM or APIM. I lost the functionality after doing that big 2-3 hour IPMA update and I still have more APIM and GWM updates to continue, just couldn’t proceed yesterday with the lower state of charge on the battery. Doing about 3-400 miles of highway driving today so it should hopefully charge it back up. Just want to manually update the truck until I get that functionality back which should also enable BC to work properly too.

Ah....I see now it is on an old version. Checking that would have saved me a boat-load of time looking through config last night. :ROFLMAO:

@booostin Keep going with the updates and it should release an IPC update at some point. If that does not happen, let us know. In most cases, Jesse can help.

Do you guys always update to the latest version of FDRS before running updates? I think I was running 41.5.2 and just upgraded to 43.6.5 but I saw complaints about the new version. Any feedback?

I'm still on 41.5.6 for reasons most people won't care about. For the average user that just wants to update modules, the most current version of FDRS is fine.

Ok So it sounds as though if you have a version that works for you, there's no requirement to be on the latest version? The reason I ask is that last time I ran updates, stuff worked pretty flawlessly. This time, darn near everything that required the interface to update versus USB failed miserably. Yes ... queue the lecture on the commie interface. :) I have a Mongoose coming tomorrow hopefully so I'll try to straighten things out with that but I'm guessing there's a difference in the FDRS behavior too.

This is why I am still on 41.5.6:

I feel like I need to warn Jesse and Javier that I am going to update my truck this weekend. Last time I needed both of them to get through it. I haven't done it since last April so I'm guessing it will take awhile. Wish me luck! ?

Continuing updates today. Now on APIM revision 1049, only updates available are ACM, and PSCM. I ran PSCM 3-4 times over and am out test driving and still no lane centering assist available.. guess I need to continue updating PSCM? Frustrating that you can’t see the versions in the update history for that module.

Try rebooting the truck (unhook both batts). Let everything boot back up. In FDRS re-run the network scan. You can also try deleting your truck/vin off the FDRS laptop you're using and letting it rescan it after the truck reboot.

On the main screen, there should be a list of recent vins, hit the trash can on yours

The ACM and PSCM not coming off the list after you update them is a known issue. You can ignore them. Did an IPC update ever release for you?
