Ford Power-Up 6.3.0 SYNC version 23291

I received 6.3.0 this afternoon while returning from shopping. Just 12 hrs ago 2.7.4 downloaded as a scheduled OTA. However, as I was driving home today, Sirius radio stopped working and I had a message that there was a hardware problem. When I parked in my garage I received a message that 6.3.0 was downloading. Download was completed successfully and now Sirius is working again. Coincidence or was 6.3.0 interfering with Sirius ? Sync did update to 23291.

I got 6.3.0 last weekend and my Sirius is fucky now. It displays the station name and album art, but not the artist or song title.

Poke around under settings there are some Sirius options. Update reset a few things for me like rear seat check I had to turn off again. My seats are folded up all the time. ?‍

Yeah, I had to turn off the rear seat check also. I'll have to go through the settings and find the Sirius stuff.

Only thing I noticed was the mismatched font on the top banner on the screen. Time & Temp don't match, neither does Phone List.

When I check for updates it shows 6.3, but says Not Completed. Its been showing that for a few days. No error, nothing on my phone. Only when I check for updates on the truck. Am I supposed to just keep waiting?

It has an orange symbol that looks like download and an exclamation point. So failed to download?

I noticed a change in the icons for music types if you don't have album art loaded for your music files using a USB drive.

God I hope not. My friend's Honda had this and I found it SO annoying. If you adjust your mirrors there's basically no blind spot (even in cars). Also I have tow mirrors so I don't need this feature and I hope I can disable it if it comes out.

I'm not sure what's so annoying about it, you don't have to look at the screen. And "basically no blind spot" is a good bit different then having no blind spot.

But, to each his own.

At the very least, Ford should make it so folks could easily turn this feature on and off. I think it's a great feature for making right lane changes.

I noticed on 6.3 that Under towing I now have a Maintenance tab. For Bearing service and a ton of other things based on the towing mileage and time.

Same here but October 21st. I channeled my inner Karen and complained to the manager two weeks later and I'm convinced as a result they have excluded my VIN from any future updates.

Send your vin. I want to make sur ethe Update fully installed. HogJohnsons failed and only installed 2 of the 24 files from the update.

I caught my truck in the act today. My Nav screen sort of went super bright and then went a bit dimmer....no idea if it was related, so when I got to my destination, I decided to check on the Software Updates app and saw the screen below. Unfortunately, I couldn't sit there with the truck running....hopefully it will finish today.

I also caught my doing exactly the same thing. It took a long while but it did finally download completely and I got the update on Fordpass. My sync version changed as a result of the this PU release of 6.2. I haven't noticed any real changes
