There is no way to force an OTA to be sent to any vehicle. Yes, there is one newer Sync versions available for 2021 trucks which is 24127 and there be a newer version that that released for them soon that 2022+ trucks can already get.

Got it okay. Does the fact I've made a few tweaks with forscan change the OTA updates? It hasn't in the past, just curious.

Nah, that has no effect on OTA's.
