I just went into FDRS and see there is a new IPC update.
2021 F150 XLT 302a with 8” cluster 5.0L
Do you have 360 cameras? If not and you got this update, I know what I'll be doing this weekend!

You have an XLT with an 8” instrument cluster. An IPC update for the 8” cluster wouldn’t apply to the larger instrument clusters on higher trimlines, even if you had the same sized 12” Sync screen. Sync is updated via APIM updates.

I checked FDRS and no IPC update for my Lariat as of late last night.
yup, I was just mentioning that my truck has the tech package with the 12” sync screen in case some people were confused (clarify) between the two. Sync vs Cluster.

Nothing I can see right away. Maybe Jesse has some insights on what this update is supposed to include.

Looks like this update is in reference to TSB 22-2186

IPC forgets My View Settings.

Lol... I've learned to stop questioning him... He does so many of these it's all from memory :)
No way I would question him either. He is the “Chosen One!” Lol… just wanted to point out he knew right away what it would be!

So I got my truck back from the dealer after they did the software updates needed for BC. While they had the truck they replaced the IPMA. They tried to PMI the new IPMA and it failed so they left it. There was a DTC that cleared after driving so they handed it back over to me. Long story short BC still doesn't work. I called Ford tech support and they told me the truck has all the needed software and BC should work. What do I do now? I made changes to the IPMA in forscan and when I try and load them back into the new IPMA module I get a configuration mismatch. Anyone run into this issue?
