Is your truck RWD or 4WD and what is the build date? The 2021MY has some differences between early and late build wiring.

It’s a 4WD with 10/21 build date

@Ricksc Thats not the same connector. I beleive you can see the plug he is asking about in your last photo. Its behind the connector you photographed.

@Mosey yes that looks like it’s it. Would you happen to know what it is or a part number I can look up to purchase?

Sorry, I have no idea. I suspect it is for something on a higher trim level.

Mine has a few more wires but it looks like those three wires run to the height sensor on the Front A arm. So if that is the case and you dont have the auto leveling headlights it would probably be capped off.

This seems to be the correct answer. It's interesting that a Job 2 2021 STX has the wiring for this and my Job 1 2021 XLT 302A doesn't.

Sorry, I have no idea. I suspect it is for something on a higher trim level.

Looks like these do not do anything for my truck therefore I can probably leave as is for now until I find the cap without any issues aside from having bare wires.

I would recommend putting some form of insulation on the wire ends, but is my OCD kicking in. I am wondering why the previous owner even messed with them except to try and retrofit the sensors? If that is the case you could very well have other wires exposed near the other wheels.

Here’s another crazy question? What are the two wires wrapped in orange? My 2.7 XLT has those on the driver’s side.

Someone will probably correct me on this but orange tape I believe is for everything dealing with inverter power wiring. Or airbag. Both are colored I can't remember which is which without being under my truck seeing it. ?

They appear to just terminate on the driver’s fender.
