Just looked. Mine look correct. You’re saying the clip was your cause? What did you do to fix. I’m taking my truck in next week anyways but I don’t trust the dealership on this kind of stuff… so ideally I may play around with it first.
I don't know 100% what the cause was. But moving the clips and making sure the clip grap more the the hose.

Wanted to update the thread here. Had my truck in at the dealership to fix the clock spring that was clicking and they also inspected the issue here. Couldn’t find or replicate the noise and kinda left the techs scratching their head but the tech mentioned getting it aligned as that could be the issue. Not sure I really buy that as it doesn’t seem likely but it is their advice on it.

Did you ever find a solution for this? My truck is making the same exact noise as the one in your video.

Did you ever find a solution to yours? Mine did this a long time ago but it went away after a couple days. Now it is back and not going away.

Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.

Anyone figure this out? My 2021 is making the exact same noise. Started approximately 3 weeks ago. Seems to happen when truck is warm and at slow speeds and the noise is intermittent.

Hello, Is there any solution to this issue yet? My truck was build in 7/2021 and makes the exact noise in the video. Thank you very much for any support,

I posted earlier that the tire rubbing was the solution to my problem. Turns out I had two problems. Tire rubbing on the loose wheel liner was one.

It took a second dealer to figure out that the main issue was the left front Integrated Wheel End Hub Locking Mechanism needed replacement (IWE).

They diagnosed it with "electronic wireless chassis ears" to hear the noise/isolate and confirm and they also were able to replicate it after driving the car a bit.

The original dealer said they couldn't do anything unless the tech heard the noise on a test drive and I had to leave the truck for a week. The second dealer put the "ears" on, drove it for 20 minutes and solved the problem.

Also, I have an extended warranty, but I believe the IWE's are covered under the 5/60 powertrain warranty if you're still covered.

Just got it back a few days ago after 6 months of arguing with one dealer and giving up and going to the other one who was great.

Its pretty annoying, wish someone new what the problem was since its clearly a pattern.

Not sure if you saw my earlier post, but after battling one dealer for months, I took it to another dealer who solved it immediately. Excerpt from prior post below. You need to get them to hook up the "electronic wireless chassis ears" so they can find it if it's faint or not making the loud noise when you bring it in. Don't let them BS you that they have to hear it on a test drive to diagnose it. Good luck!

I put my truck back into 4A and drove a mile or 2 then back to 2H. The sound might be gone for now. I will bring it up to Ford when it goes for its next oil change in 1k miles. My dealer has already replaced my engine under warranty. Thankfully I have an extended warranty as I’m at 62k miles.

That's a strong sign it's the IWE issue. If you enter all your symptoms into ChatGPT or Grok and then tell it what you did to make the noise go away, it will likely tell you the same thing. I used Grok to help figure out how to get Ford to address the issue in terms of "scoping" the wheel with the electronic ears vs. hoping it made the sound on a random test drive.
