Any chance I can get the reason for buyback on 3FMTK1RMXMMA43472?
I looked a little deeper, and from what I am seeing in the history, in the summer of 2023, the IPMA seems to be causing problems. But in April of 2024, there were a lot of work and updates installed, but nothing since. They may have fixed the problems. I am not sure exactly what the problem is. Maybe someone with more understanding can have a look for you.

With the list you have, Forscan will not help you. You will need to buy/borrow a Mongoose and get a FDRS license and update yourself. With FDRS, all you have to do is follow the on screen instructions. I was nervous the first time I did updates, but after a few, I was off to the races.

As far as what these updates will correct, that is unknown to me. Others on here may know the answer to that question. Your screen going black could be a battery issue and you do have a BACM update showing. Could correct your problem or another update could show up when this one is done.

Ford releases updates in order. You have to install update "A" before update "B" shows in the list. And update "C" could show up after "B" is completed. With you being in Florida, there are a lot of knowledgeable members in your area or near by can help as well. I suggest you read the first few pages of this thread about FDRS. It explains what to expect, what you need to have and how to setup your equipment.

Thank you again for this information I really appreciate the assistance. Great to have people out there willing to help. Love the truck and willing to put in the work to make it better. If I could say one thing it's a mystery why Ford did not put in guages to monitor both 12 volt batteries! They are critical to the proper operation of this vehicle.

Warranty history is below. Last OTA it got was 6.4.0. The modem is not activated right now so I am limited as to what I can see in this case, but on the surface, I do not see anything wrong with this truck.

The only OTA recorded was 24-PU0223-VI-RBS on 4/22. Modules with pending updates are below. The truck is on Sync 23159 which is one version behind the latest, so you are also missing APIM, GWM, TCU and at least one IPC update to be fully up to date.

@rugedraw Are you able to see what the BCM software version was in my truck a couple months ago compared to what it is now? I don't think Ford knows what this truck is in their system and keeps putting the wrong software in it. They already put the wrong HCM software in it that had to be fixed by the guru and now I think the tech somehow put the wrong BCM software on it after they replaced that module. The Ford engineer said that the dealership received the wrong BCM for the truck and installed it but nothing was changed afterwards.

Just curious you finally get the truck back?

Lights finally work correctly after going through their dance each time but the first headlight assembly they replaced is defective. When they installed it, the aim was way low but the tech said they are aimed from the factory and don't need to be adjusted. I had to manually adjust it way up to match the other side but the high beam is still way to low and has a very distracting low hot spot that can't be adjusted. When they finally replaced the headlight assembly on the other side, it was just about perfectly aimed and only needed a very minor adjustment.

Good that progress was made. Hopefully you can soon get it perfect and get many years of enjoyment out of your custom order truck.

No, it has not been resent yet. I would not have high hopes that the dealer is going to help regardless of what they told you over the phone.

No, I have no way of seeing that. At least not that I know if.

Modules with pending updates are below. You also need a few APIM, GWM and TCU updates to be fully up to date. No way of knowing when the next update will be pushed, though.
