I am in the same boat on updates on my 21. I have been getting updates but they only seem to be the ones that state they are to improve downloads, nothing to actually change anything.

I have a build around that time (don't remember exact date) but I got the BCM update Aug 23 and 4.3.2 is my queue for tonight.

I was getting a shutdown message on screen when I turned off the engine and as I suspected the battery was bad and replaced under warranty last week. I suspect it has been going bad for a while which has likely resulted in OTA’s failing. I am showing I am on 4.2.1 power up and sync 22293...

Finally success! 3.53 successful download on 4th attempt I think. Sync is at 22293 rev 610. I may have missed it but I don’t remember this revision being mentioned before

@rugedraw well it looks like I am on the wait till they send it again list as 3.5.3 does not appear to have downloaded as no full screen car play. Does it show any reason for failure such as low battery?

Can someone please check my VIN for any module updates please? I keep getting a message that 3.5.3 is coming on my update screen but then disappears and says it is up to date but it has not updated. I am wondering if another module update is holding up 3.5.3. VIN. 1FTFW1E83MFC05246
