Nope, the payload is on the yellow sticker, Tire and Loading info. Although this is very interesting.
My 2021 Lariat, non-powerboost, 157" WB Max Tow is -250lbs less GVWR as yours seems to have a stronger front axle at +300lbs over what my truck has I wonder what the differences are there or why? or do all the powerboosts have this 'heavier' duty front axle because of the hybrid system...

Second image is what I was curious about.

I read somewhere on here that the Powerboost frame is basically the HDPP frame from before due to the added weight of the Hybrid systems.

How did you get the oil temp to appear? Last time I checked the forscan spreadsheet only water and trans temp was available.

Line 28 of the common page.. also jealous that 2024s have the auto lock as walking away.. anyone know if that can be retrofitted?

Super truck, great road trip, I envy your 6.7' bed.

Love the white and chrome, just like my 23 XLT PB.

Congrats on your truck!

My 2024 King Ranch with Powerboost has arrived at Granger and I'll be picking it up this coming Thursday and will drive it back to the Portland area. I'll post a trip report when I get back!
Still Waiting for my KR. Just out of curiosity, when did you order it?

At First, thanks to Chip, Shelby, Steve and Granger Ford. Your offered me the best price and best service I have ever met in my whole life.
No hidden fee, no games. Everything goes so good.
Shelby did all paperworks in 15 minutes; Chip showed me nearly all features and buttons.

Definitely recommend you to buy cars from them.

At first when I saw where is Granger, I must be insane to buy a car from so far way.

Have to say, Granger Ford make it worth!

1. Timeline
long time ago ~ early this year: the desire of buying a truck growing
early this year: F150 was decided
May ~ June: Actively finding for a good price

07/30: Shelby confirmed everything is ok and I can pick it up
07/31: red-eye flight from San Francisco to Del Morines
08/01 9:40: flght arrived
08/01 9:50: picked up by Steve
08/01 11:00: on the way back home
08/02: Denver
08/03: Salt Lake City

3. Trip
road map
Screenshot 2024-08-05 143025.jpg

1st Day 08/01
Driving slowly since I tooke a red-eye flight. Passed by Omaha, so sad Warren Buffett is not my friend, or I could have a dinner with him.
So many corns and beans in Nebraska!

2nd Day 08/02
No plants or animals seen after I entered Colorado. I went to Dever to see an old friend.

3nd Day 08/03
Nice view after I left Denver.

4nd Day 08/04
I didn't expect the high way is so great in Utah. A 50 miles long and straight high way, then you take a turn, then another 50 miles long and straight high way.
LIke this

I planned 5 days on the way. I made the decision at 4pm to finish the whole trip in 4 days

IMG_4952.JPG

Arrived at home 9:17pm

4. MPG
Mostly I drove at the speed limit except in CA. I can't believe why people here are driving so fast even on the mountain high way. I feel myself like an idiot when I was the only person at the speed limit.

1st day: 18mpg
2nd day: 23mpg
3rd day: 19mpg
4th day: 24mpg

overall: 20.9mpg
IMG_4955.JPG

5. Add-on Items
DashCam
is always the first thing I install. I got the power from the mirror, so very clean! You can't see any wire when driving.

IMG_4958.JPG
IMG_4959.JPG

Tonneau Cover and Rack System
I am choosing Backflip MX4 and Elevate Rack System. Salesman from realtruck.com said they are not compatible anymore. I still take a chance to try.
Nice fit after a few minor modification.
IMG_4956.JPG

6. Bad things
1) blue cruise
Can't be worse anymore. You never know when you can use it and when it disable itself. Sometimes it just turn itself on and off, again and again.
There were twice, it suddenly turn itself off when there was an exit. I nearly hit the median.
Sometimes, it sways the car left and right, just like the the tail of happy puppy.
2) gear box
sometime the trans between 2-3-4 gears are really annoying.
3) information system
Some settings were not saved with no reasons.
4) no wheel well liner
Cannot believe no wheel well liner by default.
5) trash tires
My tires are hankook AT.

Hope you all get your dreaming car early!
Great Looking Truck....

and to get your truck weighed
Is California charging by the pound or some such? Why else on earth would they need this?

I could see the PB discount going away.
That would be a straight up gift to the ramcharger--well, assuming it ships and other details like that.

They like to calculate tag fees by weight and treat these trucks as commercial vehicles. Heavier the vehicle (truck), the more road damage they cause is DMV's reasoning. Real reason, your light truck is considered an "luxury" item so you should be able to absorb any "random" additional fees we come up with as we want to make it painful for you to drive instead of taking our wonderfully planned public transportation. The roads here are in such bad shape and always in disrepair, that anyone from a "sign" holder to a civil engineer working for CALTRANS will have a lifetime job. Oh, and there is also the 'Thomas The Train' (Ghost Rider Bullet Train) project that needs to be forever funded. ?

It's actually got a greater wall thickness, at least on the 145", but it's not listed on the Spec Document as even existing.

It's something new for 2024, not available on 21-23.

Congrats!

It just goes to show you sometimes you get lucky with the ordering "spin the wheel" and sometimes you do not. I have seen a few people that have ordered more than vanilla trucks and get them remarkably quick while others wait month after month.

Can't wait to see the trip report and post pics of the KR PB. It sounds like a real beauty!
