Oil Blowback from PB Turbo on air filter

Okay, it’s been a little over a year since I changed this air filter on my ‘22 PowerBoost. 63K miles. As there are two sources of incoming air into the filter box - one from outside and the another from the turbo, it appears that a lot of oil has existed in this air box, coming from the turbo side. Reckon this is a cause for concern? Appreciate any feedback.

What does the other side of the filter look like?

For what it’s worth I have a ‘24 PowerBoost and this is what the filter looked like at 8K miles (8K miles on the truck that is)

The other side is clean. The filter stopped any of the oil from being sucked into the intake.

My 5.0L V8 filter when I changed it last weekend:

Just throw a clean one in there and have fun driving--check after 5K to see how it is, I would not worry about it at all!

Color me stupid, but why would the turbo send already filtered air back to the filter box?

That is the air intake side that is dirty. The side the turbos are on is clean on my truck is still at 14K miles.

You are completely mistaken with this.
That is the dirty side, the air intake side, the other side is your post filtered air side.
