Ordered the 3/5 kit.
Drop shackles had some tooling marks on a couple of the surfaces so I had just the shock installed at the 3 inch drop.
Got the full drop but camber is off a tad +1.5

Installed the rear and only measured a 4 inch drop which makes sense after all an axel flip is about 6.25 and then you add the 2 inch lift perches.

So as the truck sat it was 34.5 in the front and 36.5 in the rear.

Well I added another 1.25 drop to the back by way of the factory lift for the trailering package.

I think it sits perfect now.

34.75 in the front and 35.25 in the rear.

No new vibrations. (This thing has a weird gas peddle vibration at 58mph that seems more engine harmonics and not suspension. This one comes and goes and bugs the shit out of me).

Vibration was there before and after install.
It's not consistent.
Drove it about 150 miles yesterday and didn't vibrate the gas pedal once..

Im not sure vibration is the appropriate choice of words I used . It feels like a tickle or marbles on your foot. Chatter maybe
Feels like an exhaust rattle sounds lol.
Only at 58 mph between 7-8 gear about 1700 rpms.
Nothing in the steering wheel..

It's back at the dealer to check and oil leak between the block and Trans.
Spoke to the tech that installed the whipple.
He said a few things that they have seen:
On another whipple truck they re indexed the drive shaft. Turned it 180..
He has seen bearings go bad in the front diff and drivers explain the same experience.
Loose cat convertor.
Torque converter shutter.

Pre install the drivetrain was -5 degrees and the rearend was -1.

Post install with just the flip kit it was
-5 and 2.5. Better but not ideal..

When i added the factory block that has about 2 degrees in it now im almost dead on..
-5 and - 4.89.

Looks good…..did you shim the rear axle for the change in pinion angle?

This may be your driveline vibration source

Not that early solve your problem, but there is a service bullet out for that. I’m not sure if there’s any more information on it when I get a moment I’ll do some looking and see if I can find anything.

Dang, I've previously spent ages searching the Internet looking for any information on that issue as I've been experiencing the same thing and never found anything except anecdotes on reddit and various forums. It's nice to finally see an actual bulletin acknowledging it, even if there is no fix yet.

Seems the tsb is hybrid only?

I read that other forum and then all over reddit.

After reading that other thread again and some other complaints on the internet.

I think my issue may be the IWE.

When changing the struts. On the passenger side I noticed quite a bit of build up around the inside ring on the IWE. Almost a greasy film as if a boot was leaking slightly. Boots were good.

Maybe a bad wheel bearing but even then that's usually not a greasy film that has collected dust and debris.

I messaged the dealer to take a peek.

Truck is getting the rear main seal inspected.

Truck looks great.
word of warning on their rear kit. In my case, the bracket that sat on top of the axle and held the top of the ubolts started deflecting/flattening out around the ears where the ubolts are. This was allowing play in the connection and would let the axle twist.
I ditched the top plate for ubolts that went over the axle but still used their bottom plate and the bottom plate started to bend when torquing.
this was all over the course of 2 years of daily driving.
just keep an eye on it.
i ended up putting the ridetech kit on. Much beefier.

Funny you mentioned this :).

I ordered new ubolts 1 inch longer than factory so I can use the factory style plate and dowl pins to hold them in place..
