Well....

Finally got the front end figured out.
I slotted the frame about a qtr inch and used the spc camber kits.

Dead on now.

I bought the tires plus lifetime alignment.
Been there 4 times now.. lol.

I picked up a weird vibration from 27-30mph.

Vibration started after I had it in the dealership for a coolant leak and to check on the peddle vibration.

Dealership said they felt the vibration at the same mph but nothing in the peddle at 58 like I experienced.

My driveline angles I believe are dead on.
I've watched and read a million articles and videos.

My angles.

Engine transmission transfer case is -4°
Driver shaft -1.7°
rear diff. -4°

Operating angle is 2.3° front and rear.

Dealership recommend I shim the transmission a half inch bit then also said I was within factory spec of 0-4°.

They also recommended re indexing the drive shaft. Mentioned another whipple f150 with the ridetech kit had a similar vibration and spinning the drive shaft 180° fixed that one.

I know some recommend an extra degree or 2 for leaf spring cars but im torn on where to go next..

Quick update.

Final driveline angles.
Balancer-transfer case. = 4.7
Drive shaft = 3.6
Rear diff = 3.2

Noticeable vibration at 26-7-8 mph gone.

BUT..................…

Found out the Maxtrac axle flip cups were not correct.

Turns out I had a qtr inch of play when the axle was bottomed out in the cups vs bottoming out on the axel perches.

Maxtrac said Ford must be using thinner steel on the perches.

I found this out as when I went to add 2.5 degree shims, the pinion angle wouldn't change.

Depending on how the ubolts were tightened I could add remove 3 degrees.

I welded a 1/4 inch plate steel tab on the cups front facing ear thus giving the cups a natural 2.5 degree shim.

Still chasing other vibrations.

Putting rubber flanges behind the gas pedal took care of some.

I still feel what I think is transmission shudder at the top of gears sometimes when trans is above 205 degrees.

Checked the dipstick and sure enough, nothing on the trans dipstick.

I'll call the dealer tomorrow and have them address that..

On another positive note.
I added an open cone filter from a 2018 gt350.
Man does it sound like my old trackhawk now...
I know its not a performance upgrade as its sucking hot air but damn it sounds good..
Makes all the right noises now..
