You only Drop Shackled this? You did not take out the rear blocks? I am looking at doing something similar, maybe adding rear sway bar and rear shocks at the same time to improve ride.
How much rack do you still have?
How does it ride, any vibrations at all at any speed?
Only shackles.
No vibrations at all. No change in ride to me. Only got roughly 1 inch drop when I first installed it. Not sure if it's changed or not since then.

I'll have to measure the rake.

2.5" supreme suspensions puck leveling kit with 295/70r18 Michelin Defender's. No wheel spacers. Front sits a tad lower than the rear because I have the max tow package. (I had about 300 pounds in the bed when these pics were taken)

I’m thinking about getting these tires in this size. Do you notice any harshness do to the load range E?

I've had the Michelins and found them to be excellent. Probably one of the smoother riding e rated tires I've had. I only used them for mild off road use, mostly roads. They don't have that cool sidewall look but otherwise I recommend them highly.

Awesome thanks. I love the look of the 295/70/18 Michelin's but was concerned it would be more harsh than my 265/70/18 SL tires.

I have 295/70/18s Recon Grapplers on stock 18s with a level , no trim or rub and lost 1 mpg. The larger wheel does understate your MPG, miles driven and DTE. A little arithmetic results in them being 5.6% understated, correcting for that I lost about 1 mpg. This is on 3.5 EB Crew 4x4

I have not experienced this. I keep mine inflated to 40-42 LBS. I also drive in ECO mode 95% of the time and stay out of the throttle as much as I can. Could be driving style?

I run the recons as well, keep them ~38psi. The only time they spin in the wet/rain is when I want them to lol. I drive in sport mode pretty much 100% of the time unless towing and don't have a single complaint about the traction/performance during normal driving. I have tried a lot of a/t tires and these are by far my favorite so far.

Finally upgraded my truck.

285/60/20 KO2s on stock wheels. After a lot of browsing this forum, I decided on Icon Stage One suspension kit with Icon UCAs. Rides and handles like a dream.

So I’m brand new to the forum. I can’t tell if this is going to be a post or if I’m commenting on somebodies response in the thread. I have Stage 3 Motorsports 2.3” level kit. I originally had a proposal from a tire guy that recommended Nitto Ridge Grapplers at 35/11.5/R20 for my factory 20” wheels on my 23’ STX. He said the slightly thinner tire will do better on the factory because I’m not playing with the offset. After perusing (and joining) the forum, I have also seen the Nitto Ridge in 285/65/R20. Both look great, how similar are these, are there any key differences? Thanks in advance!

Installed Mickey Thompson Baja boss AT LT275/70R18 on stock wheels. Runs great can’t feel much difference driving at highway speed. Everything else is factory stock.

Welcome to the forum!

Both sizes are similar in width, but the 35 will stand close to an inch taller. The 35 will look great given the level you have.

Almost exactly the same size nobody will know the difference. Possible differences will be price, load ratings, speed ratings and weight of the tire. Some tires might have slightly different compounds or snow ratings between sizes.

After 40,000 miles, I ditched the stock Pirellis and added General Grabber ATX in XL 275/60R20. Got what I thought was a pretty decent deal at the dealership.

Honestly didn't have any complaints with the Pirellis other than they aren't a great looking tire. Too early to tell on the mpg hit, but guessing 1-2mpg. So far they are as smooth and quiet as the stock tires.

Looks awesome. We are going for the same look. Do you have any lift/level? Any issues? We just got Our 2023/Heritage/3.5/FX4. Any insight would really help us out.
