Leveled my XLT PB with the Falcon 2.25" sport and tow/haul kit. It sits nearly level. I also added 285/75/18 Tires Nokian Outpost AT (lightest AT tire I could find) on the stock wheels. No rubbing or trimming needed. MPG so far has dropped 1-1.5 after 100 miles but still need to recalibrate for the larger tire size. PB electrical engine works as before and so far the difference has been minimal! The Falcon suspension upgrade feels great and it feels centered when turning compared to stock. Still need to take it offroad and put it to the test!

Did you have to cut anything to keep from rubbing?

I know this thread is somewhat saturated now, but figured I'd throw mine in anyways.

1.5" level with 295/70/18 Recon Grapplers. Can't say much as far as wet/offroad traction (only been a couple days) but I'm very impressed with how quiet these Nitto's are for a fairly aggressive a/t.

Thanks for posting. I have the 1.5 inch level as well since I tow. This looks pretty awesome so long as I can still fit in the garage.

Thanks! That’s why I went with 1.5” as well, with the weight of the topper it does still squat a bit loaded for a weekend trip with the rzr loaded all the way in front. Without an atv behind it and the rzr loaded over the axles, it sits pretty much perfectly level.

It’s close on the garage but does still fit, I believe my opening is 6’9” so if you have a 7’ door you’re all good.

I hate to be the guy to ask this but did you have to make and modifications or trim anything to get those to fit?

No I did not have to trim anything and it doesn't rub at all. Before I went to these 295's I had a set of 22x10 -18 wheels on it that I had to notch the corner of the mud flap to clear them, so I guess I'm not sure if these would rub there as it was already trimmed. I doubt it being that it's OEM offset with no spacers.

Chemguy your lead foot looks stunning
Thank you! It has quickly become my favorite color Ford has offered so far. I wish I was a better photographer and had better lighting around my house because I still feel like I haven't captured it properly lol.

Nope! No Rubbing and no cutting. I've been up in the mountains and have been impressed with the performance on washed-out trails. I'll be adding skidplates soon to be on the safe side.

Got these installed yesterday.
285/75r18 Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT on Ford 18s with RC 2in level. No cutting or rubbing.
Around town they felt great. Doing highway driving this weekend so I will get a feel and hear if they are loud.

Have you noticed any difference in the 2.7 and the heavier tires?

I haven’t drove with them enough yet. This weekend I’ll be on the highway so then I could give some feedback.

Looks great! This is a 2" on 285/75r18? No rubbing at all?

Looks really good - I have a 21 xlt Sport with 18". I was worried the 285/75 would be too beefy.

23 XLT 5.0 FX4 BAP
Hello, I just picked up my 2023 XLT with 5.0, FX4, and BAP. I do not plan to install a level or lift. I would like to run a LT275 /65 R20 tire on my stock BAP rim. Is anyone else running this set up? I want to find out if there would be any rubbing issues prior to purchasing the tires! Thank you and I appreciate your input.
