i updated my pcm last night.. ANM is showing on my update but i don't have a power boost.

You also have a ‘24. It doesn’t appear that the strategies are consistent across years or drivetrains, but it’s hard to tell. @b_dub23’s ‘22 Ecoboost shows DYG for the PCM. See post 15,787.

I think there was a couple updates that had specific instructions in FDRS regarding the doors and a wait time before continuing but I always have the door closed.

Correct, I just went through it. Several updates specifically state to keep the door open during the 10 minutes you're supposed to turn the ignition off.

FWIW Over the last week I was pushed ~4 OTAs including GWM, APIM, HVAC, IPC. Went ahead and did the CZL PCM and its matching SODBMC

Planning to do FDRS updates for the first time. Can the updates be done with a door open or must the door be closed?
I will use a security camera to monitor the PC screen. Will I also need one to view SYNC screen?
If anyone has a tip or two to ease the process and minimize my anxiety, I would be grateful.

Almost all are doors open. This allows the truck to turn off when you are instructed to ture the ignition off. If the door is closed when you push the button to turn off the ignition then hit ok it will give an error stating that the ignition is not off.

Thanks. Did you make sure not to use an old profile in FORScan when you looked at the PCM? Your strategy is older than mine, which doesn’t make sense given how recently you updated. Mine shows this:

The one FDRS wants to install on my truck is the LUL strategy. I still haven't done it.....waiting for one of my Mongooses to make its way back to me.

Do you have the full strategy? Is it ML3A-14C204-LUL? NL3A? This is far enough off from what I’m seeing on ‘21 Powerboosts that I’m thinking the strategies are different for the Ecoboost.

The 'door open' sequence begins the shutdown procedure, if the door is already open it starts anyway. It's not a 'leave the door open', it's a power down the vehicle and at least open the door. It can be an open and shut type of thing, not leave the door open.

If you turn off the truck with the door closed you'll notice accessory / radio is still alive and the second the door is open it starts the power down operation.

I have been unable to get auto lane change working. I updated via FDRS to Sync 24127 and did the Forscan change and have triple checked them. I checked
IPMA 706-01-02. and it is 0500 0000 0015
Still no lane change option Cruise control. Am I missing something? I do NOT have a Blue Cruise subscription if that makes a difference. thanks
