I’m currently trying to update the gateway module, does anyone happen to know how long those typically take?

If the IPMA gets suck on configuration close FDRS out. There is no reason to wait

Im the guy it happened to yesterday. Spent all day updating modules and they all failed the configuration phase. Had to PMI all of them to get back to operational. Massive thanks to Jessie! It really shook my confidence in the entire process even though I’ve ever had issues in the past.

Weird. It was my first time using FDRS (v39.6.3)so I was updating anything with available updates. I wonder if my IPMA update installed was just an older version or something.

It's unbelievable that the FDRS program that once helped us all enable Blue Cruise and free us from OTA purgatory. Is now full of booby traps and land mines.

@rugedraw Do you know anything about a new CMR update showing up? I have a 23 Platinum. It's sitting in SW Update tab on FDRS. Just noticed it yesterday evening. Currently at module revision MB6T-3G604-CD , not sure what the new update revision is.

Hi all, could someone double check that my IPMA update vis FDRS tonight installed correctly before my license runs out tomorrow (Saturday)?

History: I got the IPC via OTA previously. Today I installed the ABS, PSCM, and IPMA via FDRS. After 3 hours into the IPMA I went out to check and FDRS had closed. Weird.

After opening and re-running the IPMA update then reinstalling FDRS/ clearing cache and trying once again, IPMA update still shows, but it just seems to check IPMA software versions, then config. No writing of software. Truck works as normal with the cruise, etc.

FDRS glitch or did the IPMA not install correctly?

I saw some similar issues in the thread but didn’t see a final solution from @Jesse-Infotainment

To the recent college grads doing the programing, the Ford techs using FDRS are now the beta testers. See it way too much now in my daily job. No more test, fix, test, fix test, fix... X 10, then release when no issues are found. Now it is test, fix, test, release... the users will let us know when something doesn't work. And we got our bonus for releasing software on time! SMH!!!

Well going from 38.5.7 straight to 39.6.2 is a clue that they've been riding the strugglebus. And a day later we're now at 39.6.3?

Yeah..not good.

I was about to post, the notice in FDRS says that the latest version is 39.6.2, but when you download it from Ford's website and install, it's actually 39.6.3. I don't really care as it's working fine so far this morning (after I reset my password).

The application manifest for that IPMA update in your available list shows different values for software and strategy than what FDRS says you have now. So I don't think the update took.
