I have been away for a while so wanted to check if FORD released the much anticipated APIM updates as promised?

Also, my AAC showed this little brake icon next to the speed sign (little pad next to the 140 speed read by SSR) - any idea what this means?

It is an additionally read sign, either from map data or from the camera. It usually appears for school zones or roadworks in concert with the reduced speed; I have no idea what it saw at a 140kph sign.

I have ACJ on my early 2022 PB with no issues and updated over thanksgiving. Do you know which version of Ipma caused the issue?
BBC which was released for 2021 trucks in September and 22-23 trucks this month.

Need some help or advice.

I just bought a 2 day license and got connected. Now fdrs is asking for a user name and password. I have no idea what to do or how to reset it. I assumed it was my motorcraft password.
It is the motorcraft password. Login has to be an email and not a user name. Try creating a new password, too.

You’re using the wrong login portal. You want to use independent operator/non-dealer, not non-dealer/ETIS.

I submit for new password. Enter my email click get code then wait for the code to come in email. I enter code then it goes back to this screen. Over and over
Are you using the correct login portal as mentioned by @JEB above?

When I enter the email and pw get this. The password is the same as the motorcraft one i used to purchase the license.

Go to www.motorcraft.com. Not the place where you bought your license. Log in there and accept any license/user authorizations it asks for. Then come back to this screen and log in using the same email and password.

OK I went there. Tried to log in . Says don't recognize email or pw. Is it yet another password other than where I purchased the license?
My error. Go to www.motorcraftservice.com and log in there. The site where you purchased your license does NOT use the same credentials. Ford.com, fordpass, motorcraftservice, and FDRS all use the same credentials.

Yes. And if you use FordPass, you’ll need to use your new password for that, too.

My dealer said to do the gateway modual b4 anything.
I forgot the next 2 modules to do first. Apim? Or ipma? I have about 20 to do.

GWM unlocks future APIMs. If you're that far behind just keep updating. If the BCM requires the login just skip it, you'll get it in a future OTA. If a small update fails to show as updated, just keep on trucking ignoring it as it's already applied. HVAC, sometimes ABS, and even a door module can show as incomplete post update. Once all done, you can disconnect the batts for 5 minutes and fully shutdown every module and then bring it back alive and go back into FDRS to make sure all is done. Again if an update fails and/or remains once applied, just ignore it and do other updates.

While waiting for updates I started reading this thread from where I stopped and year ago. Here at the end I see discussion about a problem with ipma current update that is causing issues. Any one care to elaborate?
Very few Powerboost trucks have had a problem with the new IPMA and have had to go back to the last version. If you don’t have a Powerboost you shouldn’t need to worry about it. If you do have a Powerboost you most likely also don’t need to worry about it unless you end up being one of the few unlucky ones. Anyone impacted has lost one centering and Blue Cruise if they have it.
