Yeah I did completely uninstall and reinstall already, unfortunately no change. I even tried some of the weird suggestions in this thread and the linked threads in it, and no luck there either.This happened to me once and reinstalling fdrs is what fixed it. Call customer support. Just don't know if they'll be open tomorrow, so you may have to wait until Friday. They may give you another license due to the issues with this one.
I'll try reaching out to customer support Friday/next week and see if I can get a response. Maybe by then I won't feel so deflated and will be willing to sink another 6 hours into trying to just use a piece of software I paid money for ?.
