If I want to auto slowdown in curves what would the setting be? That is, I have enabled as follows but it never seemed to slow down in curves and indeed 706-02-02 is xxxx-xxxx-00--.

What value is at 706-02-02 xxxx-xxxx-**--, or rather what do you have for the ** for a working PSA that slows in the curves?
Those are part of the changes required to enable the new BC, so I won't post that in the public forum.

I started the GWM update and it showed system updating but does not any longer, I never saw a pop up “restart required” will it go away or stay until you turn off the vehicle?

I started the GWM update and it showed system updating but does not any longer, I never saw a pop up “restart required” will it go away or stay until you turn off the vehicle?
As per the instructions in FDRS, if you saw nothing on your screen, tell FDRS "yes" when asked if it installed correctly. Then check to see if the GWM update went away from the list or not.

Got it. I thought it was something specific to PSA that I missed. I probably need to verify mine stopped working if it did stop. Hopefully OTA did muck it up without me realizing it. Good luck with the BC issue(s) and thanks for all you do.

OK guys I'm already getting frustrated ?. Got a license this morning, and seriously all day haven't been able to even get logged in to FDRS. I get a failure to reach Ford servers error every time. Ran the network test and got this. This laptop seriously got wiped this morning specifically so I could run FDRS, so there's no antivirus or anything installed. Am I just SOL? I bought a license that will go completely to waste because their servers are down? Or am I just an idiot and am missing something?

Ugh this whole FDRS thing I think was a mistake, all this hassle and I won't even be able to update the modules I most need anyways. Crushing disappointment

@ckelson Try uninstalling FDRS and reinstalling it. You can also try using an older version of FDRS. Many people report issues logging in for the first time with non-dealer logins.

First link is FDRS 39.6.4 (which I think is no longer usable....not sure) and the second link is for 41.5.6.
Thanks for the links. I downloaded version 41, and am having the same issue. It's really weird, if I enter incorrect credentials, I just get an error saying "user authentication failed", but the program stays connected to Ford. As soon as I enter in my actual credentials it says "cannot reach FDRS servers" and the little connection icon in the bottom right goes red. Then it won't go green again until I reboot the program.

@ckelson Try going to this link, and choose "email my user name to me" then "email my password to me" once you've retrieved both, check and make sure your using the correct credentials to login to fdrs.

I even tried using my wife's laptop and transferred the license to that, and get the same exact error. All signs point to Ford being determined to not let me update my truck. I'm still within the return window on this Mongoose cable so I might just send it back and cut my losses at the cost of the unusable FDRS license.

This happened to me once and reinstalling fdrs is what fixed it. Call customer support. Just don't know if they'll be open tomorrow, so you may have to wait until Friday. They may give you another license due to the issues with this one.
