Unfortunately I don’t have access to a mongoose anymore. My truck does recognize the usb stick and the other day it took the update but I haven’t noticed any changes besides the 12” screen blacking out every now and again

I just updated my 2021 f150 and used fdrs to load a ubs stick for the sync update. I believe the sync update when though but now my about sync is showing this. Any idea if the usb took or not?

Just got this email and now I’m locked out of ford pass after doing updates. What should I expect when I call them?

So just leave it in there and let it chill until it works? Should I try to update the other modules in the meantime?

Also no sync error it recognized it after I shut it off then that’s it

I did the quick format before on another usb and I named it ford and after I plugged the usb in and turned on the truck for 20 minutes it never registered. When I clicked yes and turned off truck it registered it but everything on my laptop failed

The last time i renamed the usb I named it ford and quick formatted cg. Since I’m fully formatting it now should I cancel and rename it or let if fully format then rename it ford

What do you mean by fully format? My usb came with exfat as a defalt. I just unclicked quick format.

Having a really hard time with apmi updates. I have a 64gb flash drive formatted correctly lower case name that’s only two letter. When I plug it into the truck I don’t get the pop up it registers the usb then does nothing. Please advise thank you

Happy thanksgiving IPMA failed to upload last night now I can’t sign into fdrs. Going to try to uninstall and reinstall until it lets me log in again.
