FYI this is an USB update that requires the engine running.My fully updated 2021 is now showing a TCU update in FDRS as of last night. I didn't get a chance to install yet, but it's there.

Guys, @mmir, 5443 = TC. US country code is 5553. I've no idea where "TC" Is, but try setting all possible modules with a country code setting to 5553 (US). Also keep using VPN into the US.This is what he shows:

I've learnt from Jesse that the GWM, TCU and APIM country codes are important to get right and do need to be changed from US in certain cases... you guys in NA have it too easy ?True! It was so close to the US country code, I didn't catch that detail. It can't hurt.
