I did but with my OCD I didn't want to show poor cut job.

I like the amp -- this is mounted to the lower seat frame. That panel is a pain to trim.

My fully updated 2021 is now showing a TCU update in FDRS as of last night. I didn't get a chance to install yet, but it's there.
FYI this is an USB update that requires the engine running.

Also my ACM update that would not go away is not on the list but I do have this message.

Yea, a few people have reported a GVMS warning with the ACM recently. Open the case and let Ford do their thing. It will be a bit before they get to it and lift it.

Done, It told me to check PTS for updates. I guess Ill hit up someone here to check.

APIM, IPC and PCM all show 5443. PTS also shows vehicle was originally sold in the UAE.
Guys, @mmir, 5443 = TC. US country code is 5553. I've no idea where "TC" Is, but try setting all possible modules with a country code setting to 5553 (US). Also keep using VPN into the US.

True! It was so close to the US country code, I didn't catch that detail. It can't hurt.

I've learnt from Jesse that the GWM, TCU and APIM country codes are important to get right and do need to be changed from US in certain cases... you guys in NA have it too easy ?

For all, country codes are ascii (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) codes. Whenever you want to know a country code, Google "ascii x" of each half of the code. E.g. ascii 54 = T, ascii 43 = C. Then Google "country code XX"; therefore TC =:

@mmir, @rugedraw, I don't know if you're doing this, but change country codes in FORScan and reboot modules. If the truck never connects to the cell network anyway, may as well leave the TCU as country code US. If SYNC has no local maps for navigation (the default NA maps), then, unless SYNC supports the local language, leave the APIM at US as well. I'm thinking the GWM needs to be as a US code, but I'd love to hear the outcome of all this.

One thing to bear in mind is that the APIM (and presumably other modules) does NOT have a complete list of country codes; it seems to me that they only added codes for countries that were the intended original markets. For example, for Australia (including the Ford Australia imported trucks) the country code AU is not recognised. Instead we use the closest compatible one of AS (American Samoa) ???
