It will eventually OTA out to your truck. Might take a few months, but you'll get it.

In FDRS, click the IPC module in the toolbox tab. Scroll down to where it shows the different file names in each location of the IPC module. What does it say in the F188 location? The IPC has not reported itself to the server since April of 2023, so the data I see online cannot be trusted.

Also, your truck is on Sync 23159 and not showing any more APIM/GWM/TCU updates. I am going to see if we can help you with that. This has nothing to do with your BC not working, but might as well address that too while your FDRS license is active.

Seems like there is always something with wiring harness. I haven't seen a TSB/SSM describing this one yet. It was not there for me early July on my 2021 but is now. Details should be out soon.

Well I'm tired of waiting on OTA although my OTA experience has not been that bad. I am wanting to try and activate the newer version on Blue cruise on my 21. I plan on keeping this truck for awhile and twice in the last six months I have had to pay to get updates done on the 21 Expedition due to issues with it so I decided to just buy a mongoose adapter and learn FDRS.

I have read through a lot of this tread but not the entire 895 pages.

Can someone give me an idea of how many updates I'm looking at?

Any words of advice?

You can update them all, but you need a 15a battery charger and these updates to update your BC

@FI300 there is an ongoing problem with FDRS right now, you will not be able to update the BCM due to a login credentials error in the FDRS program. You will be able to update all other modules as at @HammaMan has listed for you.

Thanks, I have seen the messages about the credential requirement for the BCM update. I have a charger, I actually had the one recommend in the first post.

Which USB port are you guys using for the updates that require USB, the USB-A or USB-C
