Anyone have any ideas on how I can get my SCCM updated?

I tried updating it on 2/2 through FDRS while I had complimentary access via a bug in 39.6.2 and it failed due to a manifest issue (all of the other modules I ran updated fine) at the time I didn't really have a chance to dive in any further and then it slipped off my radar.

Now I have gotten the update over the air and it is failing with the same or very similar error. Everything in the truck seems to be working fine, only thing I can think may play a part is I did replace the SCCM when I added the heated wheel. Everything seems to functional, but maybe theres a step I missed somewhere in the programming? I am happy to pay for a FDRS license if theres a procedure I can do to get it properly reset/updated.

I am not too worried about this particular update I don't want to cause issues down the line if we can't get this one installed.

I tried the ignition on/engine off a few times, then I tried the engine running a few times and it stayed the same. However, when I logged back on, and before running the test again, nothing was gray, but the Bcm is also now orange.

The current version is 23159 and revision 915.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

The BCM one is old and your truck was showing it prior to you updating. The SCCM has an SSM next to it telling Ford dealers to disregard it until a fix comes out later. Looks to me like you can disregard both.

Your truck is not on the latest Sync version and you are not showing any more updates in FDRS. This is an issue affecting many owners of different Ford vehicles right now. The problem is on Ford's side and is not due to anything you did wrong. Ford needs to release the rest of the updates to the server before you will be able to do them.

Eventually, yes. The updates you are missing are available through the OTA process once the issue is resolved.

EXCELLENT! Ok I guess I am done for now then. I have had anxiety about this OTA issue for 3 years now. Many failed trips to the dealer and constant frustration. I can't tell you how much I appreciate you all for your help in getting to this point. There is no way I could have done it without your help! Thank you!

try this, click the envelope in the upper right corner, select the option to delete all vehicle information (as opposed to all FDRS data). Then go back to the FDRS start screen and read vin and go back in to the truck again after your truck has set for 10 minutes or so.

From my understanding of the issue, this will not help. Many vehicles have stopped at the LKB/LLB gateway update. The LLC/LKC never releases. His truck is at LKB.

Nope. The next update simply isn't released on the server via OTA or FDRS. It's affecting A LOT of vehicles right now. I'm sure @Jesse-Infotainment can explain it better than I can. This in turn blocks the last APIM update to get to the latest Sync, too.

Well, this is a slow start for me with FDRS. Just bought the 2 day license. I can't even log into FDRS. I have a motorcraft account using my email address. I created a helm account to purchase FDRS using a shorter username (my email was too long for the username field). I've tried both in FDRS and get the below errors. Clicking the "here" link to change or reset password results in a broken page at motorcraft. Am I doing something wrong, or is the FDRS / Motorcraft server down? I was able to log into motorcraftservice earlier, but now it seems to be down.

Nothing you can do but wait. Most of us are weekend warriors and that sucks for us because Ford's focus is on the dealers who work M-F. Lots of problems for us with downtime on the weekends.

User ID must be an email address. The login you posted in the pic will not work for sure. Many people have reported issues logging in to FDRS the first time.
