I got all of the updates done this morning. The driver status camera module took forever to update.

I tried my first apim update yesterday using the fdrs and mongoose. FDRS says everything passed and is complete but I'm noticing no changes and have the same sync version still. Any ideas what I should do? Thanks.

Your going to have to give me some info and or backstory. You have 4 serial numbers different serial numbers showing for the APIM.

First Apim I had the greyed out automatic updates issue a lot of folks had. The dealership replace it. Then with my second Apim it would toggle back to automatic updates and I tried waiting months and months for an update with nothing going on. Brought it back in, the dealer tried to update it and replaced it again a month or so ago. So hear I am trying to do it myself. Thanks again.

What is the current version showing when you go to general/ settings / about sync

Most of the time when they install the 2022 apim there should be a 16GB update to roll the apim back all the way to the version before 21146.

20310 I believe is the version then from there you go up. THe version you were at was probably 22082 or 22025

yes my second apim had a newer version ( 21281 rev 244 ) then my current one. Currently I'm at the 21146 rev 145

It wont go anyfurther until the gateway update is complete. For whatever reason the gateway is not showing as an update.

I cant look right now to see the issue the systems are down for maintenance

I have a friend coming over today to update his truck. The APIM will occasionally let him toggle on auto updates, but then it goes back off and it’s greyed out. Should I try the repair?

A little off topic... Where would I find the switch that tells the truck the hood is closed. I have an update ...1007... And it says it can take upto 38 minutes...want to have my charger connected but the update needs the hood closed. I want to bypass the switch and make the truck think the hood is closed.

It's actually under the hood latch. ?

1007 is a quick update, unless your battery is very low it should be fine. It took my Lariat PB about 15 min.
