Maybe shoot Jesse your VIN so he can maybe see a pattern of why this is working from some and not others.Mine is working and I'm receiving alerts.

I am current on all of my updates 21' Powerboost Job 1 Platinum and when I went out to do the TCU update tonight my secure alert did send me a push notification. Not sure how I did not lose it but glad its working. Happy to share info if that would help you JesseIm about to do 17 master resets.. and see what happens.![]()

Interesting. I've been seeing you guys talking about this, but since I haven't updated, I didn't really pay it much attention. I just checked my Fordpass app, and mine does not even show the "safety & security" drop box at all.I don’t even have the option anymore.

I called FordPass today to ask about the missing Securialert and they said there are no known issues.Securialert started working today for me ?
