Hey guys, can I get someone to check the status of my truck? I'm having the transmission shudder issue and suspect my PCM is out of date. Before I take the plunge getting set up with FDRS and addressing myself I want to confirm first. Thanks!

Unrelated really but anyone that uses the ford pass app is about to get less features. I got word today that more features are being removed from the FordPass app. As of the latest release 4.18.0 on apple oil life has only been removed with fuel level, tire pressure, and odometer coming shortly after. This app is starting to become useless other than remote start. SecuriAlert doesn’t work, even lock/unlock is useless if it doesn’t show you the current state. @Ford Motor Company I don’t think you’re listening to your customers and making a mistake. This app compared to your competitors is going to be the worst one out there soon.

Hoped the FordPass agent was wrong. Good to see it fixed, now hope it stays. Wish they would fix SecuriAlert though. Can’t even change, delete or add a schedule. So mine turns on and I get alerts like crazy unless I go in and turn it off each day.

I don’t even get that, secure alert just errors out when I open it in FordPass.

Same thing I get now. At some point I was able to create a schedule and I think that’s what keeps turning it on. I can’t see that schedule so I can’t edit it or delete it. Big PITA!!

Is the auto updates still causing issues when you’ve updated manually in FDRS? I got a notification for 2.7.3 but I’m all up to date manually. Don’t want to turn auto updates on and screw up the truck.

You guys should all add your securialert issues to the securialert thread so we can get some attention to it. I have the same issue. It worked once, now I can no longer edit the schedule I set

Anyone else run into issues purchasing the FDRS license? I tried twice, I get all the way to the end and once I submit the order it says something like "there is nothing in this order" and makes me start over. Realized it also put pending charges on my CC for those two orders, so hoping those come off and I don't have to deal with support.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone with a license wouldn't mind checking out my available updates:

I've had the truck 6 months and never seen an OTA go through, so curious what is available. Hoping I can get the site to work and try again tomorrow maybe.

I thought securialert was going to be a useful feature... I made it almost 3 days before turning that annoying junk off!
