ECU module programming guide using FDRS

To add to the weirdness, my '21 Job 1 PB shows "ML3P-7P470-AJ". And the GSM update shows as G2174920-4.0. I wish they would have a consistent versioning system.

They never complete the PMI. They keep getting a DTC during the process and it quits unsuccessfully

I cant find anything that references the DTC thy are getting so I cant really help in terms of advice.

Any idea why this radio button would be missing from FRDS version 32.5.3

So my dealer was able to update the APIM and TCU software yesterday. But… after the updates completed successfully they said that the screen went blank. So now my truck is at the dealer with a blank screen.
Has this happened to anyone else, (or heard of it happening to anyone) and if so, how was it resolved?

Just an FYI, I have an early 2021 PB King Ranch. Followed the forum and got the truck updated (last used FDRS about a month or so ago). I had never received an OTA update (that I was aware of) so I had no idea what it looked like. Looking today, it looks like I'm getting an update tonight. Had never seen one so just wanted to share what I saw in the FordPass app in case any others hadn't seen it either. I've missed the last 100 pages so sorry if someone already showed something similar. I know I've been wondering if my OTA would ever work so thought I'd share what I hope is good news.

Any idea why this radio button would be missing from FRDS version 32.5.3

Install or reinstall the driver for the J2534 device you intend to use. My Mongoose is showing up in the manager normally.

Mine shows ML3P-7P470-AK & ML3P-7P471-AK as the available updates.

Installing the latest GSM does finally remove it from the list

I can confirm the same on my '21 Job 1 PB. All up to date! This update took about 90 seconds start to finish.

To be clear, the 90 seconds was only for the Gear Shift Module update! The rest of them took 13 hours...
