Has anyone been able to figure out how to get the "Adaptive Headlights" and "Auto High Beams" toggle also in the menu after making these changes, currently this is my setup -
Not sure what adaptive headlights would be, but glare free replaces auto high beams. You can't have glare free and auto high beams.

I was just wondering if they could be toggled using the menus.

If I understand it correctly, glare free is a "better" version of auto-high beams. It'll still flip the high-beams on, but shape the beams around other traffic vs just having them turn "on/off" automatically.

Yup I think you are right. Doing this mod for my parents for Xmas, just wanted to see if there was a way they could easily go back to the regular auto high beams if they didn't like it.

The only option would be to roll back the FORScan changes. This mod tells several modules to operate in glare free mode instead of auto high beams. Since it involves multiple modules there is not a way to toggle it back just through the APIM.

It DOES seem a bit "quirky".

There's a street light that fools my truck into thinking it needs to shut off my high beams every morning but I have faith that it'll learn in time.

...or NOT!

But for example i seen some Subaru’s that adjust left or right as your driving down the road? Like straight off the dealership lot with no modifications.
My Volvos do that as well, but I do not have the adaptive headl8ght system since they were not legal in the US. I just have bending headlights and auto high beams. My understanding is that while the law has changed to permit them, NHTSA or USDOT need to come up with regulations to implement the new law.

I wonder if the MY22s and the Lightning BEV will have the new headlight set up?

I'm just being honest here but, I'd much rather have a truck that won't have a bunch of little issues than having fancy headlights lol.

@ROBB1 albeit I am very new to Forscan, I updated all modules as you have indicated, forced refresh of APIM module and I cannot seem to get the Adaptive Headlight option to appear. The menu did change to Glare Free. Here are the modules I have updated:
Ford F-150 Adaptive Head Lights - Coming to the US??? APIM.PNG
Ford F-150 Adaptive Head Lights - Coming to the US??? HCM.PNG
Ford F-150 Adaptive Head Lights - Coming to the US??? IPC.PNG

Ford F-150 Adaptive Head Lights - Coming to the US??? IPMA.PNG

Not sure where I am going wrong?

Your changes look good. You will only get the glare-free option in place of auto high beams. There is no extra menu for the adaptive function. It is enabled by default.

Thank you! I just read (misread earlier) that the Adaptive Headlamps option is no longer available on later versions.

Glad to know I'm good to go. Thanks again and Merry Christmas!

my guess is that it will be a while until the US gov figured out a process and testing to certify these types of systems for the US market. Just because it’s legal doesn’t mean the manufactures and the Gov know how to sell it. Kind of like legalizing marijuana.

Does anyone that has the adaptive lighting have the toggle to turn it on-off in the truck settings menu? I noted this when i picked up my truck that it wasnt in the menu. they told me to schedule a service to have it looked at. The adaptive lighting does work just no way to toggle on-off. I have been waiting to do this mod but thought i should have that looked at before i make any changes. Does this selection go away after the Glare free is enabled? i was looking at a picture posted previously and it didnt have the adaptive toggle either.

There is no toggle for adaptive lights, Just auto high beams of anti glare, which ever you have.
