Is glare free an option we can enable on a Canadian 2025 Raptor with projector LEDs? Window sticker only shows auto headlights (on/off), nothing in the center stack for glare free also.

Can someone explain what the glair free headlight is? Not sure why it's so coveted.
I have a 2025 powerboost lariet 502.
Do I have this option?

On the very first page of this thread is this link
https://www.cnet.com/roadshow/news/adaptive-headlights-legal-us-biden-infrastructure-bill-law/

No need to read it just look at picture. If that doesnt help its basicly full time high beams that shuts off/dims sections of the headlight to not blind oncomming drivers.

And as far as I have seen 2024 and up removed the hardware for glare free.

^^^^^ this

That's exactly what you will experience and once you see it, you can't un-see it. 😁

It's borderline elegance, in my opinion. The fact it's possible, yet NOT mainstream in the whole world is crazy.

GF recently enabled successfully on my 2023 KR (April '23 build). Made Forscan changes per this thread. After changes a couple of modules threw DTCs indicating that change wasn't compatible (something to that effect) but, it didn't seem to matter. Cleared the DTCs and GF seems to work/behave as others have experienced.
There were some posts that '21-'23 MY F150s may have received Ford sw updates that could prevent GF from functioning but, based on my recent experience I don't think this is the case.

Worked for me in my Canada '23 Lariat PB.

Not too sure about the accuracy of this:

That's not a good sign. On the 21-23 glare free was enabled by default on Canadian market trucks. Might have to chalk it up as another cost cut.

I don't know if the Adaptive function shows up in a menu.. do your lights not turn with the steering? It should be fairly obvious with the high beams on.
Mine is a '23 with a September build date, didn't have anything but Adaptive (and yes the lights moved when steering)

I have a Canadian 2023 402a tremor. My truck did not come with glare free enabled. I have read on here that the mod no longer works for 2023’s? Can someone confirm this. Or point me to the right page? I don’t feel like reading 55 pages. Sorry.

2023 Projector LED headlights should support Anti-glare.

Reflective LED headlights do not.

And the 2024 refresh appears to have projector LED headlights that do not support Anti-glare.

Just tried this today on my 2023 402a Tremor. It is working!
after all the people saying it doesn’t work on 2023s, I was skeptical about it working for me. But here it is.

Yea. You get into the spreadsheet @Livnitup posted. It says it was no longer working on 2023s and was now only for 21/22 trucks.
I tried it anyway and it worked without a hitch.
