Pic doesn't work for me but just looking at first two pages of thread multiple owners with persistent CEL 500-1000 miles on trucks. That is nuts.

Think it might have to do w/ it trying to put first post image as a banner or something ?‍♂

Seems they have PCM and TBC issues with them. We had a taste of that initially w/ the random trailer brake error message flashing up randomly. No misfiring though, even w/ 93 in the tank and that's just the standard output motors. Haven't seen anyone even mention the HO motor which I think will provide the most interesting results w/ its boost levels.

It will give me an error box, refresh doesn't work, usually only works the 3rd time coming to thread. Probably some weird thing with the third party servers involved.

We think we have software problems but Ford hasn't disabled half an engine yet. :)

Hmm did they have a weird EPA software loaded, then at delivery it goes away and now they have a 0 and 1 conflict ???????

Or just the use Fred Flintstone method with feet. Infinite fuel economy.

I'm thinking more along the lines of version 1 of such a motor. W/ Gen 3 3.5L we get a lot of benefits from having that motor now being near bulletproof w/ the major issues having been addressed. Now the 10r80 is another issue entirely - at least those of us subject to the CDF drum and solenoid rebuild.

Careful @HammaMan , you may scare all of us into mounting squirt guns to mist our radiators, re-routing our cats, or just plain putting fans to the trans somewhere underneath. I cannot think of any other ways to cool the 10r80 on a PB. Maybe I'll ask ShatGPT, Geminode, or Co-Plot next.
