Speaking of B pillar, What do you think of this? How's that for alignment. It doesn't look terrible and you really gotta look for it, but still disappointing...

mine looks the same. Also if you look carefully on top of your window frame, the surface has a slight concaved curve, which mine has too.

Does turning the lights on for a few minutes dry up the internal moisture?

No
it takes a while to dry up than you see the residue where the fog is.
I have never had a good headlight housing that got moisture in them.
That will shorten the life of the electronics of the head light.

The lights are sealed, but they do have a gortex patch on them that allows moisture only to move through the membrane (as well as air in general due to temp changes). The moisture should evap out though it shouldn't have gotten in there in the first place.

So now do I just wait for them to replace the lights and take delivery of it or just walk and not deal with it until Ford cleans up their act? If that ever happens. I have a 2021 Tacoma which is paid off and works well. Quickly outgrowing that cramped cabin.
in my opinion, I would find a new dealer. That dealer is absolutely clueless. Whoever you spoke to is feeding your line of shit.

Yea I'm going to walk away unfortunately. They are now telling me they won't replace the headlight because the moisture went away. That's because it's been dry the last few days. After they washed the car and there was large drops pooling at the bottom and running down the inside of the light, their own mechanics literally told me that it would need to be replaced and they would warranty it. Now they dried them out like nothing ever happened, my sales guy tells me it's good to go for me to pick up. I'm done with them. This was my dream truck that I basically wanted since I was a teenage. Ordered it, waited 4 months and now I don't even get the truck unless I want to drive it home, then deal with the warranty issue myself. Which I really don't want to do. Sucks.

Find another dealer. Your experience does suck, sad to say.

I ended up buying a 24 power boost XLT. I decided that I did not want or need the LED lights. And for a few reasons, one being they are expensive as crap to replace. But mostly, I live in North Central, Indiana, snow, ice, and slush stick to LED lights badly. They just don’t generate enough heat to keep the lenses clear of the frozen muck.

I do drive back to lane roads, the standard lights are in my opinion amazing. I do realize that LEDs are another step up the food chain, but I really don’t feel that they are needed for me.

I bought the truck in late June, and I have never seen the slightest bit of moisture or condensation inside the lights.

That's good to know. I'm thinking about doing that as well. I really like the look of the Lariat with the BAP, the 4 Auto and the cooled seats. I wish Ford wasn't so cheap and included the 4 Auto with the lower trims like GM did with their trucks.

That takes a lot of self discipline and restraint and I think you did the right thing. You do not want to patronize that dealership and have warranty headaches right out of the gate with another. You will find your truck!

If I would have known this before I purchased my 2024 I would have checked out the other brands.
In my 50+ years of driving I have never had a vehicle that had Non-sealed headlight enclosures.
I can see this becoming a class action issue when your driving down the road on a rainy night and your head lights go dark because they are full of water or the moisture(fog) covers the inside of the housings and some one gets hurt.
Im thinking this is not a good design but...

What other car brand/model has headlights that fog up, get water in them regularly?
