2023 F150 Lariat

I just traded my 2021 XLT Sport (carbonized gray) for a 2023 Lariat FX4 Sport (Area 51) . When I bought my XLT, they only had 3 trucks on the lot, so I picked the one I liked most, knowing I would upgrade at some point. Since I now have, I am looking to do some mods. I have ordered or had some stuff already (bed cover, tailgate emblems, smaller antenna). There are a few things I would like to get, but have questions that can hopefully be answered first.

1. Can I upgrade the subwoofer on the B&O 8 speaker system with a plug and play one?
2. I like the Sport rims, but not the Hankook tires so much. What can I get tire wise (size) to replace them with? And what brands are recommended.
3. Is there a 3 piece overlay for the Lariat grille? I found a simple overlay for just the middle strip, but not the whole interior part, if that makes sense.

Any help would be appreciated, and I am open to other mod suggestions. Thanks.

on tires, what do you do? tow? pavement princes,? off road? are you going to level?

The Hankook tires are surprisingly good on road but as stated need to know your use. I plan to go to wildpeak eventually.

A vinyl shop can probably do what you want on grille. I went with body color tufskinz center strip and I'm happy with it.

I have never owned a 4X4 before, so as of now I'm not really sure how I will use it. My sons (3 of them) encouraged me to get that option. I guess in hoping we will go off roading in it.

For tires, I also still have the Sport wheels but swapped out the Hankook for Nokian Outpost ATs. The Hankook were actually pretty great overall and a few of us agreed that we kind of expected to find something wrong with them but just didn't.

Nice, Groovicles, thanks. That looks like a good soultion. I have been looking at pics on here, and I do really like how it looks after the level. So, I believe that will be on the list. I also can't go too high, as I work at a hotel, and park in an underground parking garage. not a lot of clearance.

For the center bar on the grille, you can get some wrap, remove the center bar and wrap it yourself. It’s a PITA to remove the center bar but it’s worth the upgraded look. The little details matter

unfortunately not.. however many forum members suggest reaching out to @SoundsGoodStereo because they make custom audio that is specific for the 2021+ Ford F150 pickup trucks.
