I updated and drove around for a while today. The adjustable in-lane position is just what I was missing. A couple of points to the right for me, and it's "chef's kiss". It also seems to be doing better with lane changes. It was taking longer than five blinks to change on the previous version for me, no matter how I changed the aggressiveness. It's changing lanes much quicker now.

interesting seeing your opinion on lane changes. 95% of feedback I get is that they are always too fast and people want them to be slower and more gradual, you are in the minority.

I will say it’s probably placebo, only very minor changes were made to that logic, and those were around the custom position to reduce wiggle as it settled into the new lane.

With the major update from ford. .. I use bluepilot in aac mode. Will any of the new features have any effect for me?

Also my speed control using this combination is really good. I don't know what's doing the thinking. Is it apart of my comma system?

yes, lateral control will be better.

Depends on your settings. Take a picture of the “toggles” menu for us.

It will be a few days. I had to completely remove my comma and the cables. The Ford cable is have is blocking the can buss.
I'm having a f##k of a time getting to the bottom of no interior lights. It's got the dealership stumped now.
We have been having some light snows. The city has blasted the roads with ice remover and I can't see the paint markings right now.

I got a chance to try out the new update today. Unfortunately, my in lane positioning is now worse after working over a year to get it dialed in. It would over correct in turns, enough that i had to take over multiple times within gradual turns on the interstate. Is there any chance I'm able to revert to the previous BluePilot?

I'd like to add, it felt like the truck was much more uncertain to what it was doing than before. Not so much ping-pong, but it wondered a lot within the lane.

You could turn high curvature down a tiny bit, try 0.95 and see what happens. The issue is Comma asks for too much curvature in bigger turns, but it only does it about 80% of the time. Every now and then it will ask for too little. and about 5% of the time it will nail it. Hopefully the newer AI models they are working on will fix this.
