Why does your dash show that blue cruise is on?Pushing the limits to test the next release. Rock solid at these speeds.
Thanks. My blue cruise hasn’t been working and I’ve been thinking of going this route both because of that and because my sub ends in Feb. My only concern is that whatever is causing my BC to not work might cause the same problem with this. It's a toggle in bluepilot staging branch.
It shouldn't be related.Thanks. My blue cruise hasn’t been working and I’ve been thinking of going this route both because of that and because my sub ends in Feb. My only concern is that whatever is causing my BC to not work might cause the same problem with this.
I know you've mentioned it's been a pain getting it dialed in center of the lane. How has this update your testing been on turns? This past week I've used mine more since the ping-pong has reduced and see it'll ride the edge of the lane in a turn sometimes. The Comma will show the green marking still dead center of the lane when the truck isn't.Pushing the limits to test the next release. Rock solid at these speeds.
You could turn high curvature down a tiny bit, try 0.95 and see what happens. The issue is Comma asks for too much curvature in bigger turns, but it only does it about 80% of the time. Every now and then it will ask for too little. and about 5% of the time it will nail it. Hopefully the newer AI models they are working on will fix this.I know you've mentioned it's been a pain getting it dialed in center of the lane. How has this update your testing been on turns? Not sure if the lateral tuning can tune this out? Mine is default and made sure the High Curvature Factor is .98.
Yes.Ajzride. I need some advice. My truck is at dealers now. I need trailer break modual, back camera and low battery issues fixed.
Dealer just texted and said they can't get into any moduals. All the needed tests are greyed out. It's like the gateway module is faulty.
It dawned on me that the 3x is still connected even thoe I pulled the obd connector. Could the 3x controller be interfere?
Cool. I showed them this. My original mechanic remembered another truck with a comma and said he will disconnect it and try again tomorrow.Yes.
Unplug the USB from the Comma. If they still have trouble, remove the harness.
Ya unplugging worked for them. ThanksCool. I showed them this. My original mechanic remembered another truck with a comma and said he will disconnect it and try again tomorrow.
I had forgotten about the relay on the data buss.
The relay should pass through all commands, but the harness is fickle and I've seen it not pass through before. I had to remove mine one time to do forscan updates. Other times I've done full FDRS module updates with it in place. Just remove it from the IPMA and see if all the modules scan cleanly.Ya unplugging worked for them. Thanks
Update. After I unplugged the comma my dealership could gain access to the modules they needed. But i was told that there are some that are not accessible. Grayed out. They should be able to read. They said they won't try to do any updates unless they had full access.
I will return the truck to stock. If it's still won't let me in I'm going to suspect the gateway modual.
You mentioned to remove the cable all together.
Do you think there are other things going on at the cable splitter that's causing this?
I'm going to do updates when I get the truck back and I remember that with my super advanced diagnostic tools there were still modules that didn't show on the topography as accessible.
I hate the idea of getting back into the ipma or apim? connections. Forgot what one.
