XLT should have auto 4wd
Corner steps
Larger short bed

I like the exterior style of the Chevy a tad more than Ford, GMC has been weird since 2019 and I wouldn't want that.

But GM has
Lame powertrains (5.3 has no power. 6.2 requires premium and is hard to find)
Cheap, ugly interiors
Ride like dump trucks (but they handle nicely). My 2018 vibrated, the 2020 I drove had a nervous, rough and unpleasant ride

If GM fixed the ride and had a better engine lineup I'd look again someday.

GM has better looking gauges, f150 font is cartoonish. I absolutely loved my at4s tailgate w kicker system in it. Used it ALL the time, way more than my 7.2kw. Also liked the butt alert for blind spot over the beeping

I’d love it if the engineers at Ford could learn from GM how to make doors that fit a regular cab. These F150 regular cabs all come with wonky doors and cheap plastic trim that doesn’t even line up. Literally every manufacturer except Ford has figured it out already.

Is there anyone left that even makes a regular cab pick up other than Ford or GM?

Chevy needs to allow a 6.2 RCSB with the LT interior ASAP. All their enthusiast vehicles are like 90k

This is the only feature that I could consider adding to any of my Fords!

Retired and not looking. I am driving the wife crazy.
Yours truly here has driven a 6.2 2011 Yukon Denali from new (2011) to Sept 2024. 203,000 miles. Recommended premium. 405 hp. Seldom ran premium, but when I did it really woke up. Used no oil. V4/V8 worked great despite it being a stupid idea.

Replaced it with 2023 Yukon Denali. 420 hp. Surprisingly, I cannot tell much difference in performance. I would rather have the 6.2 because it is less complicated than a 5.0. Both will run a long way, just like the 5.0. This 2021 F150 will long outlive me and I have no regrets. Maybe a disappointment here and there, but have that with the wife of 49 years. Of course she has problems with me in spades. But that is another tearjerker to never be told.

I think this has all been said so far but:
Multigate
3.0 Duramax
Corner bumper step
4A at lower trim levels

That’s about it!

My prior truck was a Chevy with the Duramax engine and the Allison transmission. I had three trips aborted due to problem with the GM emission controls and bad coding and sensor problems. I was also paying a lot more for diesel than for regular gas and oil and fuel filter changes cost 2-4 times as much with the diesel.

I added the Amp pull-out step and it was better than nothing but going down from the bed it was out of sight and I had to hope my foot was on it as otherwise I would have had a bad fall. The corner indentations on the bumper are even worse and a reason why in 2022 the only trucks I was considering was the F-150 or the Ram 1500. The pull out step and the pull out grab bar are far better for anyone who actually goes up and down from the bed and wants to do this safely.

The GM trucks cost a lot less to have an electronic locker and hill descent control and auto 4WD than the Ford or Ram trucks.

Only with Ford and Ram in 2022 was an oversized gas tank an option. This is not something one can fix later with the current emissions regulations.

It is far easier to find a GM/Chevy truck with the double cab. The Ford Supercrew cab is what 99% of the dealers in California order and it makes for an exceedingly long wheelbase. Only with the 360 camera system can I park in most lots and even then the wide turning radius negates my access to more than two-thirds of the spaces.
