I'd love to have the speed sign advanced adaptation, as currently my truck waits until the moment i cross the sign and then hits the brakes, which in my state may be late enough to catch a ticket, sadly.

That behaviour is exactly what my current model Ranger (traded for the KR) did. Here in Aus our speed signs are "moron-level": simply a big red circle with big black numbers. With my KR, it's looking for US-format speed signs so any sign recognition feature is useless to me ?I'd love to have the speed sign advanced adaptation, as currently my truck waits until the moment i cross the sign and then hits the brakes, which in my state may be late enough to catch a ticket, sadly.
Once your truck is fully updated with the latest IPMA software you should be able to, you might need to enable it in the APIM then for it to be an optionI'd love to have the speed sign advanced adaptation, as currently my truck waits until the moment i cross the sign and then hits the brakes, which in my state may be late enough to catch a ticket, sadly.
Possibly, its is most likely just newer software logic and/or the fact lightnight have unique HVAC software. Plus think about it from an EV perspective, if no one is sitting in it with it on, just more wasted power, not so much the case with aan ICE truck. There are sensors in the seat already to detect when someone is sitting in it, so easy how they can tell or not. Before I start digging through the spreadsheet, I wanted to ask here and see if anyone else may have found this option. I'm currently driving a loaner Lightning while my truck is in the shop. The passenger side seat heater only operates based on someone sitting there. If they get out, it will turn off and then come back on when they get back in. My Truck doesn't do this, the seat heater runs at whatever it is set to regardless of someone sitting in the seat. Is there a way to enable this for non-ev trucks?
@Brandtley did you ever figure this out?Yes I have that option, but it doesn’t do anything. I have toggled it on and off, switched to eco drive mode and nothing. I don’t see the indicator on the speedometer doing the coaching. I did read someplace that only the power boost has this but why the option in the tremor IPC menu. That is what I am trying to find out.
I did not. I don’t think anyone knew for certain.@Brandtley did you ever figure this out?
Good to know, it should because all other signs are in KPH and similar formats essentially.Hello. Information for users outside the US. In Forscan, in the IPMA section, you can activate recognition of signs specific to your region. I tried it in Ukraine, it works. Sorry for my English
Thanks @Drevnr for this, as an Aussie, I'm over seeing those silly American speed signs ?Hello. Information for users outside the US. In Forscan, in the IPMA section, you can activate recognition of signs specific to your region. I tried it in Ukraine, it works. Sorry for my English...

Specifically I'm interested in the only item I'm not sure about, which is MarketCfg_DrivingSide (MCDS). Not sure if it refers to going with traffic or oncoming traffic... I'd rather get that one right ? and I can work it out from what you have in those two spots.

Thank you very much Michael ?My values are 0A03-0800-0027 on a 23 502A
Yep, so you'd want your value to go something like this 706-04-01 A109-80xx-xxThank you very much Michael ?
For anyone in the future, MCDS = "on which side of the road do you travel with traffic" ?
Indeed Troy, precisely the values I'd worked out; it will be interesting to see the results once I get "Toppy" back from her first service. Could be weeks as they have many items to address ?Yep, so you'd want your value to go something like this 706-04-01 A109-80xx-xx
