So the latest IPMA updates seem to be generating some glitches / odd behavior with the glare free (at least for some). You may want to try this:

https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/glare-free-lights-acting-funny.21502/post-413487

This is possibly why you are not seeing what everyone is describing.

Note for all: even after the “fix” the initial high beam ON @ ~32 mph is no longer a ramp, it’s instant.
Would this only apply to trucks that have been updated through FDRS manually or possibly any trucks with glare free activated? Or too soon to tell? I have it active through Forscan, but have not used FDRS. I haven't noticed any changes to glare free yet.

It locks one rear wheel brake when you make a tight turn to help tighten the turn radius. You have to be on a loose surface though
I am following. Earlier attempts discovered that the ABS module for a tremor/raptor was different and had changes in the config to enabled trail turn.

The truck has to be on and running for trail turn to toggle on. If the engine is off it won’t toggle on.

hmmmm… so then, in order to enable this, one would have to swap the abs module for a tremor/raptor module?
Damn. Not sure it’s worth it. Drive this morning did not activate it. Still the same message.

At this point its developing, can't say whether both FDRS and OTA, but it is directly related to the new IPMA updates. If anyone experiences it jump over to:

Try the current recommended fix and report back for the benefit of everyone. Mine is back up and working.

Swap and then because the ABS module config is tied to the VIN... you would have to side load SW... which breaks future OTAs since the ABS isn't "correct."

Dang, was hoping this would be just a Forscan edit.

I think I made a small oops. I was getting curious and changed the IPMA with some settings I’ve done in the past however I added a new one. I got several block write failures when applying said changes and now I can’t get back into the IPMA I keep getting a “service procedure interrupted” error. Any advice or should I chalk this up to needing to look into local service?
If you haven’t already, try disconnecting forscan from the vehicle and selecting no when it asks to use a previous profile when you reconnect.

What is DTE Rate of Change (DTERC), and do I want ascending or descending? I had a 2 in 720-01-02 xx*x xx-- and I changed it to a 0.

No problems, just not sure what it means and whether I might want Ascending instead. I really only intended to turn off EIOCM.

Also, is there a way to turn off doo doo doo when you first start the truck with no seatbelt on? I managed to get rid of door open doo doo doo but I couldn't figure out the other.

I only want doo doo doo for a real event like low on fuel, CEL or similar. I don't need doo doo doo just for fun every time I start the truck.

DTE = distance to empty… fuel level. Idk what ascending vs descending is

So I was going back and reviewing my old AB backups compared to my current AB having done all the updated thru 6.8.0 and I noticed a couple of new items. Does anyone know what theses features options mean? Specifically looking at the IPMA

706-05-01x*xxxxxxxx--
FeatureCfg_ACC_ExtendAutoResume (FCACCEAR) • FeatureCfg_ACC_OneButtonActivate (FCACCOBA) • FeatureCfg_REM_SignFusion (FCREMSF) • FeatureCfg_REM_PPFusion (FCREMPPF)
My current asBuilts are showing all disabled, but in one of the Add ACC threads they enable some of these. Curious what I might be missing out on?

This is for Radar Fusion and my asbuilt is coded to RadarFusion 52Deg, but I see options for 100deg and front corner 100deg. Do the F150's not have these or could more coverage be unlocked with this option?

This is what you need. First value is what I originally had, second value is what does it.

These are new features that just came out with the latest IPMA software versions, so not sure yet what these do, if anything yet.

Not sure on this one either, most likely different radar sensor options for different models, not just F150s

As these were set from the factory in my IPMA, I'm 99% sure of the first 3

extend auto resume is for stop and go feature of ACC. It extends either the distance or time (not sure which) once the vehicle ahead has moved off.

one button activate means hit the ACC button and it immediately uses the speed when you hit the ACC button as the set speed. If that's disabled, you have to use both the ACC and set +/- button to set the speed on first activation of ACC during that drive cycle.

'Sign fusion is disabled for me, so is only using the camera, not the Nav (I can't because Nav doesn't work in my truck in Australia); fusion enabled uses both.

I could still be wrong; this is as best as I understand it ?‍♂
