Also should mention to use the SAE PID if you plan to subtract barometric pressure from your oil pressure reading. Using fixed value won't be as accurate.

Could be using 1/2 Wheatstone bridge to convert pressure to V output.Mystery solved?! ?
I’m stepping in to a new world ??

I don't see it as an available app. The apple ios restricts carplay accessible apps.Me too. Just got my MX+ configured with gauges I wanted on my phone. Wealth of info on this post, thanks everyone.
Question, anyway we can add OBDlink to carplay ??
AA does the same thing.I don't see it as an available app. The apple ios restricts carplay accessible apps.
lol I said that like I know what I'm talking about. Please don't take my advice on this stuff.
JB4 does NOT support sharing the OBD port with your OBDlink adapter. Now I need to get a OBD2 splitter for JB4 and MX+. I got better MPG when not running JB4 stage 3.![]()

I was very disappointed that I had to decide between running my brand new JB4 or monitoring the PIDs.
It would have been OK if the PID library that the JB4 includes was better. I really liked the JB4.
But I made my choice. Gave a member a hefty discount on the tuner.
I wasn't happy about telling you that. Thanks Snakebitten.
Snakenbitten, OBDLink MX+ and JB4 does work using splitter. You'll need to remove JB4 from OBD port from splitter. Pair up MX+ first, when successful then plug in JB4. I just did it in accessory mode, no test drive yet.I wasn't happy about telling you that.
You CAN install the splitter and see for yourself. I did, and noticed immediately the OBD PID monitoring app (OBDlink) was very lethargic. Really poor refresh rate.
So I reached out to the JB4 folks and they gave me the bad news.
The good news is that with the Powerboost, I'm not going to pout too much about the amount of power on tap.
I probably didn't explain what I meant clearly. Yes, I was able to connect the OBDlink MX+ & JB4 simultaneously.Snakenbitten, OBDLink MX+ and JB4 does work using splitter.
