Is there a PID for cruise control?
Sponsored
There are a bunch of PIDs for the CCM in the Ford/Lincoln/Mercury library. Not sure what you're after specifically though ?Is there a PID for cruise control?
Create gauge with that and the user defined PID above and see if they match up. ?@Snakebitten Bruce, thanks for the OAR formula (obtained by my usual lurking?), so to hopefully return the favour, and because I haven't seen anyone mention it yet, what follows is Oil pressure in psi.
If it doesn't exist in your Ford PID set, it may be because I bought the 2023 set when I bought OBD Fusion (the "OBDLink" app is OBD Fusion, at least on iOS):

Go for it ? my KR is in for its 10,000km service an hour and a half away ?Create gauge with that and the user defined PID above and see if they match up. ?
Android here and that PID doesn't exist in the 2021 Ford set from OBDLink.Go for it ? my KR is in for its 10,000km service an hour and a half away ?
It was certainly varying and in the right ranges for the 5.0L, I'm guessing it's legit ?Android here and that PID doesn't exist in the 2021 Ford set from OBDLink.
They should show identical data, but now I'm curious since they added a PID for it.
Thanks Bruce, PID added for later comparison ?Oil pressure for the Powerboost/3.5 Ecoboost
(Android OBDlink, you have to build it. And I fine gent here on the forum sniffed it out for me using Forscan. I'm forever grateful)
They probably read my post and added it to the app. ?Oil pressure for the Powerboost/3.5 Ecoboost

I think his 23 is a Coyote though? They probably read my post and added it to the app. ?
It does seem odd that they would have it in 23 PID list but not the 21.
Should in theory be the same which is why I was curious on comparison.
We might need to poke the OBDLink people to add it in the 2021 list.
Nah the library is all for that year across all models. Not everything would be supported by every vehicle.I think his 23 is a Coyote though?
Wouldn't be surprised if the PID library differed quite a bit between the two trucks.
From the OBDLink web site:Nah the library is all for that year across all models. Not everything would be supported by every vehicle.
After looking more just realized this is not the same app. Looks very similar but different company so maybe a fork or they just duplicated design.
